Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Taking down shutters of any description, exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2sqm each and removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel windows chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good complete all as specified.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, fins, fascias, louvres troughs and similar items in cluding edg for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 20.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No. 5.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F factory made 35mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) factory made door frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-harge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames factory made 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S&F factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F butt hinges of size 100mm, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised steel hinge pin, ISI marked, complete all as specified.

Notes:- (i) The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel windows. Nothing shall extra paid on this account. (ii) Details of box type window shall be given on HQ CEJZ drawing No TD/2013/01 sheet 1/3, 2/3, 3/3. (iii) Glass pane/wire gauze shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for reinforcement TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No. 41.00 here-in-before but 5 to 10mm dia .

S&F mild steel framed work as in steel frames, chowkats, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

Easing of aluminium door, window, vetilator shutters any thickness and size by repairing PVC beading including tightening of hinge screw, by adjusting/tightening of iron mongery like tower bolt/sliding bolt etc and making the door/window / ventilator shutter fully functional etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodized aluminium frame & shutter for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, grills etc, powder coated of any colour as approved (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubbers neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Hinges, Tower bolts, handles, door stopper, Mortice lock, Door closer, Glass panes, wire cloth shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of BoQ.

S&F Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 1 universal type, suitable for door shutters up to 700 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mortice lock , Aluminium , 4 lever vertical type size 75mm and fix in aluminium door shutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications with and including demolition of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed:-

(i) Cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. Provision of 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound Sika Plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed including filling it with water to check dampness and seppage and where dampness / seppage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI/PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty Sikaguard 694 F(I) or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating with Sika Topseal 107 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE in two coats @ 3kg/sqm to sanwiched with glass fibre reinforcemnt: Sika Fab-1 or or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE over base coat as per mnaufacturer's instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion.

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound SIKA plastocreat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thremax as approved by GE @ 0.2% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and injuctions sloping towards spout.

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint .

(viii) The sunken floor shall be filled with lean concrete 1:7:12.

Note :- (i) Testing of the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing and all M&L is inclued in the rates quoted above. (ii) For Payment purpose, the Plan area of Sunken floor shall be taken into account.

M&L for treatment of RCC roof slab surface comprising to the following specifications with and including demolition of old treatment of RCC roof slab complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Dismantling of old roof treatment of any type any thickness any pattern including dismantling of old brick tiles and mud phuska and clean the surface up to RCC roof. (b) M&L for preparation of roof surfaces (old or new) with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles with and including providing 50 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with maintain the proper roof slope complete all as specified and directed. (c) Providing 25mm thick polymer modified plaster in ratio 1:10 (1 part of polymer and 10 parts of cement with solid contents not less than 30% over slab and applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardner with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying 1st coat of solvent based polyurathene liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable having SRI value greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sqm and applying 2nd coat solvent based polyurathene liquid mambrane not less than 500 micron thick UV stable, having SRI value greater than liquid to 105 with consumption of 0.61 Kg/Sqm over dried 1st coat complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asian Paints / Pidilite / STP / Sikka

Chipping of loose/ damaged /cracked / previously repaired / delaminated or weak concrete by chieseling to expose the sound core concrete where ever required and to expose rusted reinforcement upto depth n.exc 50mm and disposal of rubbish off the premises to a distance not exc 50 mtrs including cleaning of reinforced concrete surface by air compressor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using product: Rustoff-100 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc/ Thermax as approved by GE, with density 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30 degree celsius and consumption : 0.2 Kg/Sqm/coat complete all as specified and directed. Note: The material to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar.

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement using cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system with consumption : 3.75 kg/Sqm for two coats and Product requirements: carbonation resistance: 2 mm of SikaTop Armatec®-108 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N / Sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The material to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar.

M&L for Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturer's specification including prepartaion of surface throughly and cleaning complete where ever required with using Product: Sikadur®-32 LP of Sika or equivalent in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE with Consumption: 0.4 kg/Sqm and Product requirements: Complies with ASTM C 881-78, Type II Grade 2 Class B+C complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness of upto 10mm to the prepared concrete surface in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing by mixing and trowel application of prepacked, light weight, two component structural grade polymer modified fibre reinforced thixotropic cement mortar Sika Monotop 122F of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE at an average thickness of exceeding 10mm and upto 25mm to the prepared concrete surface in soffit of slabs, beam, columns, parapets, fins and facias at any height, including finishing of applied Polymer mortar as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for providing, fixing shear connector of 16mm dia TOR steel upto 160mm length with Sika anchorfix @-2+Tropical or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, epoxy resin to RCC member including power drilling, cleaning of holes, insertion of epoxy, placing shear connector in position to ensure the bond as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing water tight centering & shuttering and Scaffolding including bolting, strutting, propping etc. including removal of form work from column, beam , slab etc. complete as per site requirement and directed.

Supply and applying a ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete (<100mm) using Product : SikaRep Microcrete-4 + adequate coarse aggregate, Yield : approx. 17 ltr/bag (30kg) (depending on the size and quantity of coarse aggregate added), Product : Sika Microcrete-4 or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, Product requirements : compressive strength > 60 N/Sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates quoted shall deemed to included necessary form work required for micro concrete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and application of one coat of Water based concrete curing compound with low viscosity wax emulsion using Sika Antisol E-WP of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE, as concrete curing membrance over the applied polymer mortar as temporary curing membrance as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting V groove (15mmx10mm) along the crack line and cleaning the same with high pressure water jet and sealing with fast setting high strength Epoxy putty, solvent free, three component compound based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and thixotropic agents using Sikadur 31 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 12-16mm dia injection ports non returnable nozzle by drilling cleaning and sealing holes 50-75mm deep at 200mm c/c with fast setting high strength Epoxy putty, solvent free, three component compound based on epoxy resins, graded fillers and thixotropic agents using Sikadur 31 of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as approved by GE as in beams, columns and parapets as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grouting of nozzles with low viscous moisture insensitive, High strength, epoxy resin grout with Sikadur 52 LP (IN) of Sika or equivalent make in Fosroc /Thermax as approved by GE with pressure not xceeding 2-3 kgf/Sqcm till the nozzle refuses to take further grout including cutting extra length of the nozzle after the grout hardens and finishes as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and erecting hydraulic & manual steel props upto full height, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required and as directed. Note :- Hydraulic & manual steel props will be provided, erected and maintain the interval distance of steel props c/c at site on the basis of site requirement as per direction of Engr-in-Charge for structural repair work only.

M&L for weld-mesh of size 75x75x3mm to be wrapped on the exposed surface of rib of beam & on the slab bottom and tack welding to the exposed reinforcement at close intervals and gunite with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with admixture SIKA Plasto creat plus or equivalent make in Fosroc / Thermax as per manufacturer instructions and as approved by GE around rib of beam or roof slab of thickness n.exc 40mm to be applied under an operating pressure. the gunited surface to be cured properly for a min of 7 days all in complete as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of holes 8 to 16 mm dia and 50 to 75 mm deep using electrical drill and cleaning of holes by vacuum or compressed air on the face of columns as per the technical specifications and manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course 25mm thick finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for grinding, rubbing and mirror finish polishing to existing kota stone/mosaic floors/vertical surafces etc complete by mechanically by using different grits all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, as in floor, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic/Matt finish, jointless, digital tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Shade and type of tiles shall be procured as approved by the GE.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured digital printed designer tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Shade and type of tiles shall be procured as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L GI wire netting 0.91mm dia and 20mm mesh lathing to mettal studing in ceiling / chajja plaster including all laps and cutting waste etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rough cast finish plaster by applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even complete .
