Removing of old unserviceable newar from GI charpoy and S&F two Nos stiffners made out of MS square pipe size 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm conforming to IS-2062 of 1999 Grade 'A' (weight of pipe not less than 1.06 kg/mtr). The stiffner shall be welded to the frame of the GI charpoy at equal distance joining the long rails such that they lie parallel to short rails and perpendicular to the long rail. The stiffners shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prakash Surya / Jindal.

Removing old unserviceable long rail of GI charpoy and S&F new long rail made out of 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked including making, threading at both ends and fixing as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prakash Surya / Jindal.

Removing of old unserviceable short rail of GI charpoy and fixing of short rail made out of long rail of GI charpoy received from Item No 2 above, including making threads at both ends and fixing as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable leg of GI charpoy and fixing of leg made out of short rail of GI charpoy received from Item No 3 above including supply and welding of MS plate at the bottom of leg and making thread on other end complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable GI elbow, three way, size 32mm bore of GI charpoy and S&F of new GI elbow ISI marked (weight not less than 420 gms each) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nuts from long rail and short rail of GI charpoy and S&F new check nut of 32mm bore, 10mm thick, ISI marked in legs of charpoy complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new 12mm thick plywood, ISI marked, BWR grade of approximate size 1980mm x 900mm conforming to IS-303/1989 on top of charpoy GI pipe fixing with 10 Nos new nut, bolt and washer of suitable size after re-tightening of all joints of charpoy complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kitply / Archidply / Greenply / National. Note:- Each corner of plywood should be round shaped.

S&F new 12mm thick plywood, ISI marked, BWR grade of approximate size 1980mm x 1050mm conforming to IS-303/1989 on top of charpoy GI pipe fixing with 10 Nos new nut, bolt and washer of suitable size after re-tightening of all joints of charpoy complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kitply / Archidply / Greenply / National. Note:- Each corner of plywood should be round shaped.
