M&L for providing and laying / fixing TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces as applicable with including cleaning the surface and laying of 200GSM Geo textile and cover up with TPO RF 1.2 mm thermoplastic membrane on roof surface, up to 300 mm of parapets and crumple joint including junction of roof and parapet, welding the seam joints with hot airgun/machine and terminate the corners with extra protection to bear the high wind pressure, TPO should be thoroughly tightened with the lower structure using mechanical fastening properly to avoid the corners and seam joint failure for building upto four storey high complete all as specified and directed.
