Desludging of equalization tank of size 7.55 metres x 7.55 metres x 3.8 metres at STP (500 KLD capacity) completely by getting out sludge in every three months through sucking super soccer machine / manually and removal by using Sewage Non clog Sludge pump set, transporting sludge to location not beyond 1000 mtr distance at isolated place, cleaning internal surfaces, white washing, painting to side railing completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for desludging and cleaning of existing Stilling Chamber (SC) of STP (500 KLD capacity) and getting out sludge through sucking super socker machine/ manually and removal by using Sewage Non clog Sludge pump set, and removing and transporting sludge to location not beyond 1000 mtr distance at isolated place complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Pumping out sludge water from chamber / tank by using Diesel engne operated pump and necessary diesel is to be arranged by contractor completed all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No - 2 but for desludging and cleaning of existing Fine Bar Screen Chamber of STP (500 KLD capacity).

All as per item No - 2 but for desludging and cleaning of existing GRIT Chamber (GC) oil and greese trap (CAGT) of STP (500 KLD capacity).

Desludging of Sewage wells of size upto 6m dia and 6m depth at diefferent locations i.e rear of Gurudwara, near swimming pool, near Krishna Mandir at Begumpet and getting out sludge through sucking super socker machine/ manually and removal by using Sewage Non clog Sludge pump set, and removing and transporting sludge to location not beyond 1000 mtr distance at isolated place complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Pumping out sludge water from chamber / tank by using Diesel engne operated pump and necessary diesel is to be arranged by contractor completed all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Testing of chemical & Bacteriological quality of inlet (Raw water) and out let (treated water) sewage water of following parameters from state public health laboratory or NABL accredited laboratory. All samples to be collected from 500 KLD STP at AFS Begumpet. The treated sewage shall have following characteristics :- (a) pH = 6.5 to 8.5 (b) Suspeded solids = Less than 10 mg/l (c) Total dissolved solids (d) C.O.D = Less than 30 mg/l (e) BOD( 3 days at 27 degree C) mg/l = Less than 3 mg/l (f) Oil & Grease = Less than 1 mg/l (g) Faecal Coli form MPN/ 100 ml, maximum = Less than 200 (h) Total Coli form MPN/ 100 ml, maximum = Less than 200 (i) Faecal streptococci MPN/ 100 ml, maximum = Less than 200 Notes:- 1. Any other parameters required by Pollution Control Board shall be complied by the Contractor at no extra cost. The contractor shall submit the report contirming the above parameters for the testing of treated water on monthly basis from reputed/ Govt. approved Laboratory, The test report of treated water shall confirming the above parameters within the permissible limit of (+/-) 5%. Contractor will provide monthly testing of sewage inlet & outlet water of all STP's containing following parameter : PH value, Total suspended solids, oil & grease, BOD, COD as per IS 3025 (P-1) - 1987 from Govt / State Lab or approved NABL, Accredited laboratory and rate of same is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. 2. Contractor will provide all testing instrument and a test lab in installation for instant testing at installation / STP for BOD incubator PH value, Temperature controller, Digital Nephelo tubidity meter digital TSD meter Digital PH meter and digital water marker in water testing lab testing, display chart on lab. No extra amount shall be paid for test lab & testing instrument

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / loose dense soil, including removal of Bushes, grass, weeds, shrubs alongwith roots etc. and cleaning of all the area i.e surroundings of Sewage Treatment Plant of capicity 500 KLD - 01 No and surroundings of Sewage wells at diefferent locations i.e rear of Gurudwara - 01 No, near swimming pool - 01 No, near Krishna Mandir - 01 No( at AFS Begumpet Area) including treating the area by spraying anti vegetarian growth chemicals, including taking away all the waste from site and burning all as directed. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the delivery pipe line of Non Clog Vertical Submersible Pump set of any capicity from sewage well, lifting / taking out of GI column Pipes of any dia including submersible cable and defective submersible pump set from bore well for servicing / repairs and lowering of repaired submersible pump set with GI column pipe of any dia, submersible cable etc. complete in the sewage well at various sites. The job is inclusive of M&L for disconnecting and jointing of submersible cable, disconnecting and reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to sewage wells, testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of sewage complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs & Servicing of defective Pump of Non Clog Vertical Submersible of capacity upto 30 HP by dismantling the pump & replacinig unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly, testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The rate are inclusive of trasporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. (ii) The rates are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (iii) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items. (iv) The rates are inclusive of testing of pump at borewell installation for satisfactory functioning / running.

Rewinding of motor of Non Clog Vertical Submersible of capacity upto 16 HP by taking out burnt copper winding from stator, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with water under pressure and dried, rewinding the motor using same gauge of insulated copper wire as existing, making the winding leak proof by applying varnish, drying etc., taking out the electrical terminals using suitable size of submersible flat cable upto 2.0 M, installing at its original position complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of motor of Non Clog Vertical Submersible of capacity upto 30 HP by taking out burnt copper winding from stator, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with water under pressure and dried, rewinding the motor using same gauge of insulated copper wire as existing, making the winding leak proof by applying varnish, drying etc., taking out the electrical terminals using suitable size of submersible flat cable upto 2.0 M, installing at its original position complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing unserviceable of Twin lobe Air Blower 350 cum / hr replacing defective components, carrying out servicing, assembling completely and test run blower to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate are inclusive of transporting the blower to repair work shop & back to site. (ii) The rates are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (iii) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (v) The rates are inclusive of testing the blower at STP installation for satisfactory functioning / running.

Supplying of the following unserviceable parts of Twin lobe Air Blower 350 cum / hr, as per existing make or as approved by Engr - in Charge (fixing charges will be measured and paid under relevent item) :-

(a) Single row cylindrical roller Bearing suitable for Twin lobe air compressor 330 cum/hr

(b) Twin lobes suitable for Twin lobe air compressor 330 cum/hr

(c) V-Belt suitable for Twin lobe air compressor 330 cum/hr

(d) Gear oil (Servo Gear HP 90)

Supply and fix complete blower assembly as per the existing make or as approved by Engr - in -Charge including supply & fix suitable size of V-Belt, supply and fill gear oil of suitable grade matching with the specifications of blower/OEM, assembling completely with existing 15 HP motor and test run the blower to the satisfaction including taking down the existing unserviceable twin lobe Air Blower 350 cum / hr. Note: (a) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included complete cost of transportation, labour, Spare parts, components, tools, and commisioning to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the delivery & suction pipe line of monoblock / centrifugal pump / Induction Motor of any capacity from 500 KLD STP , unscrewing foundation nuts, bolts and disconnecting electric supply, lifting / taking out defective pump set for repairs and re-installation of repaired pump set & connecting suction and delivery pipes & making electrical connections, tightening of foundation nuts & bolts after proper alignment. The Job is inclusive of testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of water complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs & servicing of defective monoblock / centrifugal pump set of capacity 0.5 HP to 3 HP from 500 KLD STP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly after replacement of unserviceable parts all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of transporting the pump from STP site to work shop & back to site. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of turning/finishing work for fixing of parts properly.
