Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Numbering of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ fluorescent fittings as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:

1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

63 mm dia (00-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and proving of SWG No:8 G.I Wire coil earth, one for each post , buried below 60 cm ground and filled with coke and salt (80mm dia with 50 turns) including connection and terminating the other end with lamp post etc,complete as required.

Single Bracket assembly street light pole : Supply of 8 mtr height tubular,heavy duty, GI Street light pole with single bracket assembly confirming to IS 1239 - Part 1-1990, of size 4" (100mm) dia, OD within 115-113.1 mm, 5.4 mm thickness (15.5 Kg/mtr weight) etc. The pole shall be of top mounted type in nature, the mounting bracket shall be of one way, hot dip galvinised in nature.The cowl hosing the bracket arrangement shall be of 300mm height, 5'' (125 mm) dia, 5.4 mm thick Including one side GI angle crossarm of 32 mm dia with 0.6 mtr length, duly painted with 1 coat of epoxy and 2 coats of aluminium enamel painting and fabricated as per the general arrangements of drawing enclosed as required as per standards, complete in all aspects as required. Make ; Jindal/ Tata pipes or Equivalent as approved by department.

Weather proof street light junction boxes : Supplying and fixing of 1 No, Hensel make Polycarbonate Junction Boxes, Anti corrosive, Dust, Water, Insulated and Shock Proof, transparent lid, Internally embedded gasket made of Polyurethane, for better safety the enclosure shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing and four side pre-molded knockouts for cable entry, Spring loaded lid locking device by tool operating fasteners, plain protection cover with fastening material, Enclosure manufacturer should submit all test certificates along with supply of Jbs as per our attached data sheet. . Similar to Hensel Catalog no: MI 0300; Dim:300L x450Hx170D/Speilberg or equivalent as approved by department. To be fixed in the existing steet light pedestal of brick/cement mortar or at suitable height in pole as per the Engineer-in-charge's instruction (within 1.5 mtr height on the lamp post including supplying and fixing of suitable mounting brackets /clampsetc as required) along with the following accessories (a) 1 No- 0.5 or 1 Amp, ''C ''series MCB (b) 2 No's- 4 way 35 Sqmm, terminal connector of reputed brand/ Manufacturers as approved by department for Loop in and Loop out of cable.(c) suitable mountuing channel/ Din Rail /8/6 mm hylem sheet for accommodating MCB,terminal blocks along with necessary inter connections for incomer and outgoing of suitable capacity, gland earthing etc., complete in all aspects as required as per site condition.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation ,grass,brush wood,trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbsih upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphary of the area cleared by means of manual/mechinal(JCB) as required as per the site conditions.
