Taking down carefully the existing rectangular or square G.I. ducting of any gauge or size including all connected fittings, accessories, thermal insulation, wire mesh/net, supports, hangers, and sealing material. The work shall include cutting, dismantling, unscrewing, or unbolting joints, lowering the ducts safely from the ceiling or wall, and stacking serviceable material complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
Note for item Ser No 2 a) Rates inclusive of taking down existing LED lights and fire/smoke sensors if any and refixing the same after completion of ducting work. b) The contractor shall ensure that all electrical connections and detector circuits are properly disconnected, tagged, and reconnected under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for robotic cleaning of air handling ducts internally including removal and refixing of HEPA filters in high sterile zones (OT/ICU areas) after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
