Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement and six crushed stone sand) using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of 305x305x7mm thick size approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar bed in 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 1 8x 5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. 3nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in case of single leaf and 6nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6nos. of holdfasts 200 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 3 nos, one at the top, one at lock rail(Inner) and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided at lock rail section in the door 2 Nos of 200mm handle are to be provided. One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Incase of double leaf door M.S.Flat 32 x 3mm at 1.1Kg/m is provided on the one shutter t conceal the gap between the two shutters. at an appropriate place in the door. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. All members are given a coat of red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour charges, transportation to site of work, loading, un loading and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Single leaf of size 1.00m x 2.10m.)

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of steel sheeted windows (Two Leaves) with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of ‘Z’ section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/ m and mullion ‘J’ section (F4B) of size 46x25x3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 18 gauge cold rolled sheet of superior quality and welded intact with shutter frames. Horizontal stiffeners using 18x5mm MS Flat at 0.70kg/m at 3 Nos. for each shutter and additional diagonal stiffeners of the same MS flats at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly. 2 numbers of Steel Offset Pivot hinges of size 3” and one number of handle-Cu.m-latch of special type made with 18x5mm MS flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in window. suitable opening is left for its easy operation.a stopper square rod for handle is provided in the mullion section at suitable place to catch the window handle. each window shutter having an adjustable stay made out of 18 x 5mm at 0.70 kg/ m MS flat of length 320mm with three adjustable position. A matching peg is provided in the outer frame of the window at suitable place. 4 Nos. of hold fasts of 200mm length spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frame of the window by using MS flat of 18x5mm at 0.70kg/m, welded to the shutter at two place equivalent from each from top and bottom of the shutter. An MS square bar of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at an equal interval not exceeding 100mm edge between them. All members are painted with one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers. All sections should be in confirmed with IS 7452/1990.The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges and other incidental charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Fabrication, supply and fixing in position of ‘N’ type ventilators using M.S. angle of size 25 x 25 x5 mm for frame and M.S. Flat of size 20 x 3 mm for fixing the weld mesh and using 25 x 22 x3 mm ‘T’ section for frame glass. Special type of Hold fast welded to the frame of 45 degree inclined towards centre for wall and fxing the weldmesh 25mm square including cost of 3mm thick pinheaded glass panes for all panels and fixing the glass panels with necessary clips & putties with required bolts, nuts and washers and one coat of red oxide primer etc. including necessary dismantling, making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extend required and made good to the original conditions after fising etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and erecting pull and push type rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necesarry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing protection arrangement to the cistern and the submersible motor parts as per the following specification. The main vertical post along the periphery of the platform shall be made of ISA 75x75x6 mm to a height of 2350 mm at upstream and downstream side and at an interval of 2000 mm from each other. The connecting members at the top of the vertical post shall be made of 75x8 mm MS flat of length 1.65. The top portion of the protection made with horizontal two number of 20 mm GI B Class pipe with 2 ' X 1 ' Weld mesh frame made bye 25x25x6 mm MS angle and weld mesh fixed with 25x6 mm MS cover fcover flate. Horizontal barricade at both side made up of 20 mm dia B class GI pipe and protection gril of size 2000 x 2350 mm made with 2'x1' weld mesh with 25 x 25 x 6 mm MS angle required interval and the weld mesh fixed with 25x6 mm MS cover flats. The protection angle cutting to the required size and the angle should be drilled for 22 mm dia by drilling machine at an required intervals and the GI pipe it is to cut appropriate length by using cutting machine at work shop. the angle and pipe conveyed from the work shop to work site by using loorries and unloaded at site of work. The angle is to be fixed on the top of the platform in vertical position and weld with welding machine operated with power generator. The GI Pipe is to be fixed through the holes provided in the angle and extented with GI Specials . The GI pipes is welded at all holes rigidly with power elecrodes. This protective weld mesh frames shall be welded to the vertical post of new structure. All steel members shall be mechanically cleaned and given a coat of zing with with horizontal chromate enamal primer over wich a coat of aluminium enamel paint shell aplied. Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction, Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260:IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller.Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410.The submersible motor shall be operated with 3ph, 415 V(+or– 10%), 50Hz(+or-5 %) dry induction type. Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances . The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage, in either direction of rotation. The motor vibration shall be within the limit specified in applicable standards . Motor should be of IE2, explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta /ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius), bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of “Class H” and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition.The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper, flexible, round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10m of round submersible copper cable of suitable size. The non clog submersible pumpset shall be provided with suitable starter control panel having all protections as mentioned above. (upto 5 HP - DOL Starter, above 5 HP to 25 HP -Star Delta Panel and beyond 25 HP shall be ATS).
