Rectification Maintenance of SAS SCADA System and Configuration of Bays

Discription of Work NOTE;- The works also includes repairing of existing BCU card installed at various Transfarmer & Feders Bay to complete job satisfactory & Configure to data communication with SLDC Lucknow & Modipuram also.

Inspection and rectification of ALSTOM make Substation automation system installed at 132KV S/s Konch. The following works are including for healthy SCADA communication. (a) Replacing the defective armoured optical fiber cable and spieling it if required any anywhere in the Ring. (b) Replacing the defective FO multimode ST-ST port patch cord. (c) Checking & Rectifying the healthiness of LIUs and its communicating Ports. (d) Checking & rectifying the healthiness of IEC 61850-7 Ethernet Switches (e) Replacing the defective CAT-5/LAN cables and checking its healthiness. (f) Rectifying communication healthiness of MOD bus RTU for various MFM meters (g) Rectification/checking healthiness of GPS system and its time synchronization with all relays. (h) Re-installation of old backup to SCADA. (i) Checking & rectification of all protection relay's communication to SCADA (j) Checking of all required events, alarms, numerical dated, status and signals to SCADA form various bays & feeders. (k) Checking the SLD of S/S to SCADA screen (l) Checking the all required operations of equipment’s from SCADA. (m) configuration of ethernet switches/modems/rtu etc. if required (n) installation of new window and DS agile ALSTOM automation software in standby PC, and reinstalling the old backup in HMI-2, making both HMI-I & HMI-2 in alla respect. at the time of rectification all required materials and computer parts will be arranged bye department without extra charges, except the following given material will be provided by contractor. SCADA license key, activation key, old SAS backup, and software CD will be provided by department.

The following work is to be carried out for configuration and integration of 132 KV SAEL bay, 132 KV 20 MVA T/F HV & LV bay with existing IEC 60950 based ZIV make SCADA system at 132 KV S/S Konch.

IEC 60950 based SCADA configuration and its integration of 03 Nos bays work includes as SLD generation for feeder bay in existing HMI, Bay IED'S ICD files configuration, database creation for newly bay, event, alarm generation interlocks and soft logics configuration and testing if any, GPS time synchronisation etc.

Supply of multimode FO cable having length of 10 Mtr for HT to HT port, HC to LC port, LC to LC port, LC to MTRJ port & HT to MTRJ (as per site requirement),

Supply of multimode FO cable having length of 5 Mtr for HT to HT port, HC to LC port, LC to LC port, LC to MTRJ port & HT to MTRJ (as per site requirement)

Windows 7 OS with 32/64 bit suitable for ADBANTEC PC.
