APP (Atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes, five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped into APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacturer’s instructions by authorised applicator only over and including a coat of industrial bitumen primer 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over plastered surfaces @0.50 Kg/Sqm and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with liquid water proofing admixture as manufacturer instruction, on roof slab, complete all as specified and as directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item) .
