(i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point up to length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch A part-IV (Sec-I) . (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan motor any size, from 225 to 400 mm sweep with supper enamelled copper wire of any size ranging from 0.500mm to 0.285 mm including necessary cutting of old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots and provision of necessary threading/sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC copper wire of appropriate size upto connector block, capacitor 2/3.15 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully geyser 25/35/50 ltrs capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc. and again refixing in position after repair and replacement of spare parts including testing complete all as specified and directed. (spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items) complete all as specified and directed.
