Supply of lab equipment to department of civil engineering, STJEC, Mangalore

The bidder should be the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized empaneled dealer of items.

The successful bidder or his authorized agent should have set up service center preferably in the state of Karnataka for effective and efficient overall maintenance of the items supplied and installed and for carrying out repairs, replacement of parts etc. during the warranty period and thereafter

For the warranty period (1 years comprehensive and 2-year labor service) the successful bidder should have back-to-back agreement with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)

Must have company owned OEM or authorized service provider remote support center

Technical specification by the vender shall clearly include the model number/version or edition of the quoted item

Manufacturing Authorization is Compulsory

The Bidder shall have Sales tax/GST Clearance Certificate and same should be scanned and uploaded in the e-portal
