Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. Supplying and fixing 4way double door sheet steel (16SWG), powder coated cable end box for TPN DB vertical enclosure with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish with nuts bolts etc incl. provision for earthing attachment.

Supplying and fixing double-door (2+8) way SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. Incoming -1 no. DP MCB Isolator- 40A, Outgoing - 8 nos 6-32A SP MCB. Supplying and fixing 6-32A DP MCB with SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment. Supplying and fixing 63A FP MCB with SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment. (Make: Legrand/seimens/L&K as approved by E.I.C)

Supply of 4 Core 35 Sqmm XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes. [Make Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C]

Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of 35 Sqmm cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FRLSH' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make: KEI/Havells/ Polycab/Gloster) in 20mm/suitable size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' ( Make: Precision/Polycab, MMS / HMS type) incl. necy. fittings as required.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6A, plug socket with separate 6 A Piano key type switch (Make: anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20 A, plug socket with separate 20 A Piano key type switch (Anchor) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65 mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3 mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required.

Supply & fixing of LED Bulk head fitting (Make - Philips WT140W LED7S CW PSU S1 PC /Wipro, Cat No. LW07-141-XXX-57-G1) on wall / ceiling by screws etc.

Supply & Delivery of 220V, Single Phase, 50 Hz A.C heavy duty exhaust fan of following sizes having complete metal body of 300 mm (12"), 4 Blade, RPM ≤ 1420 , Wattage ≤ 90 Watt, Sound level ≤ 56 dB, Air Displacement (In CMH) ≥ 1120 (Make- EPC/ USHA/Orient CROMTON) [ISI mark, IP55 rated]

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

Fixing 30 cm (12") exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of following diameter:

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 4 core 35 Sqmm Al. Armoured XLPE/PVC armoured cables.

Finishing the end of 4 core 35 Sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Charges for dismantling of existing panel, cables of the existing damaged old G.I structuture by sufficient man power & tools tackles.(One semi-skilled and 2 unskilled for 2 days)
