Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 Ton(4500kCal/Hr capacity), 5 star rating Inverter split Air conditioner with all the internal component of indoor unit shall be fire retardant, cordless remote & fitted with rotary /scroll /semi-hermetic compressor, copper condenser coil, operating on refrigerant R-22 /Non CFC suitable for high wall mounting & suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply capable of performing following functions; (i) Cooling (ii) Dehumidifying, (iii) Air Circulating, & (iv) Filtering.. (Minimum five or more star rating) including 3 mtrs refrigerant piping and 3 mtrs hard drain pipe.(As per AAI Preferred Make List)

Supply & fixing of Iron Angle stand suitable for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned 1.5 TR split air-conditioners including paining etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of auto change over switch for two numbers of split air conditioners on a pre-set time interval including termination etc complete as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 40 mm dia and 3.0 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm including brazing of all joints)

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire in existing pipe/ surface for loop earthing etc complete as required.

Supply and Fixing of surge protection device type 2 or class B, I max 40kA protection against direct and indirect lighting surges in the existing MCB DB including making connection etc as required.

Supply of following size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminum conductor armored power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 3 KVA UPS with 30 minutes battery back up including provision of necessary battery rack, battery to UPS cabling, termination etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioing of five spike air terminals of 16 mm dia.of 1000 mm length as required and as per site conditions. the air terminal shall be manufactured with copper. The terminal shall be provided with the integrated / attached threaded base support suitable for mounting the terminals as per site condition. The base support shall be minimum 3 mm thick and shall have inbuilt connector fitting for connection of lightning conductor in such away that conductor contact area shall not be less than 40mm on all side of the conductor. The air terminal shall be supplied with necessary fixing arrangement for fixing on surface complete as required.

Supply of 63 mm dia OD ISI marked HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:2016, of rating PE 80, PN 10 complete as required.

Laying of 63 mm dia HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.
