Safe carriage of 8.5 mtr. long PCC pole from store center Mahoba/nearest 33/11 KV S/S to direct pit site in distance range 0 to 70 Km. including loading & unloading at both ends.

Safe carriage of 11/13 mtr STP from store center Mahoba/nearest 33/11 KV S/S to direct pit site in distance range 0 to 70 Km. including loading & unloading at both ends.

Safe carriage of 9 mtr STP from store center Mahoba/nearest 33/11 KV S/S to direct pit site in distance range 0 to 70 Km. including loading & unloading at both ends.

Safe carriage of line material from store center Mahoba/nearest substation to pit site in distance range 0 to 70 Km. including loading & unloading at both ends.

Opening of binding & removal of following conductor with 33 KV/HT/LT line from broken PCC poles/rails/ STP and stacking at safer place.

1- Dog/ Raccoon/ Rabbit conductor

2- AAAC/ACSR weasel conductor/ GI wire.

3- ABC 3X95+1X35+1X16/3x50mm

4- ABC 3x120+1x70+1x16

Erection of 8.5 mtr. long PCC poles as single support including fixing of all HT/LT accessories etc. complete.Pole should be grouted properly as per DVVNL/RESPO normes

Erection of 9 mtr. STP as single support including fixing of all HT/LT accessories etc. complete.Pole should be grouted properly as per DVVNL/RESPO normes

Errection of 11/13 mtr.STP as single support including fixing of all HT/LT accessories etc. complete.Pole should be grouted properly as per DVVNL/RESPO normes

Errection of 8.5 mtr. long PCC poles as Double Pole/ section pole including drilling,cutting etc. and fixing of all accessories etc. complete.

Errection of 11mtr. STP as Double Pole/ section pole including drilling,cutting etc. and fixing of all accessories etc. complete.

Laying stringing & sagging of 3 phase 3 wire 33/HT/LT line with following condudctor including binding & nozzling.

1- Dog/ Rabbit conductor

2- AAAC/ACSR weasel conductor/ GI wire.

3-ABC 3*95 mm/3*50 mm

4- ABC 3x120+1x70+1x16

Straightening of tilted PCC poles/ST P/Rail single support of HT/LT line after opening of nuzzling, digging of pit applying anti direction force for making of proper alignment of line.

Straightening of tilted D/P after opening of connection applying anti direction force, digging of dug for proper alignment of line including reconnection etc. complete.

Re-sagging of loose 33/HT/LT conductor after opening, binding, nozzling etc.

1- Dog/ Rabbit conductor

2- AAAC/ACSR weasel conductor/ GI wire.

3- ABC 3X120+1X70+1X16

4- ABC 3X95+1X35+1X16

5- ABC 3X50+1X35+1X16

Replacement of following broken/damaged/missing accessories by new accessories including opening of the same and refixing.

1- 11 KV cross arms V type

2- 11 KV pin insulator

3- 11 KV pin with nut

4- 11 KV Disc insulator

5- Cross Arms holding clamps

6- F Clamps

7- LT shackle insulator

8- 33 KV cross arm.

9- 33 KV pin with nut

10-33 KV pin insulator

Retightening of Stay rod. Etc. complete.

Providing fixing of stay rod with nuzzling etc. complete.

Consumeable like nut & bolts of off size, cleaning chemical/material, cleaning clothes, insulating tape etc. will be required to complete the work shall be at contractor cost.

Earthing of PCC/RS Joist/STP as per RESPO norms.

Carriage of old material from pit site to JE store/store center, Mahoba in distance range 0 to 30 km including loading & unloading and proper stacking.

Chopping of tree branches

Repairing/Resagging/New guarding of HT Line with GI wire as per RESPO norms
