(4) Provision of RUB in lieu of LC no.389 at Km.774/13-15 between BYT- HN station. (5) Construction of RUB on Km. 785/23-25 in lieu of LC No. 394(Khapari Gate) in between HN-TLD section in Howrah-Mumbai main line (6) Construction of RUB on Km. 807/7-9 in lieu of LC No. 406, between SLH-MDH section in Howrah- Mumbai main line (7) Construction of RUB at Km 874/2-3 in lieu of manned LC no. DD-8 between MXA-RSA section of Raipur Division. (8) Construction of RUB at Km 889/7-8 in lieu of manned level crossing no. DD-19 at RSA Yard of Raipur Division. (9) Construction of RUB at Km 947/1-2 in lieu of manned LC no. DD-59 at KYS yard of raipur Division.

Goods & Services Tax (GST) registration certificate copy should be attached

The Tender/Firm must have valid Class-A Electrical Contractor License (ECL) and copy of license must be uploaded in IREPS site during bid. In case Tenderers submitted with ECL issued in the name other Firms/Tenderers will be summarily rejected. In case the ECL is not valid on the date of opening of tender, details of renewal should be submitted.

In case of Sole Proprietorship Concern firm has to submit Affidavit certifying the sole Proprietorship of the firm. This affidavit shall be notarized. Or In case of a Partnership Firm, Firm has to submit (a) Notary certified copy of the Partnership Deed. (b) A copy of power of Attorney firm has to submit (duly registered as per prevailing Law) in favour of an individual to tender for the work, sign the agreement etc., and create liability against the Firm. Or In case Tenderer is a Company registered under Companies Act-2013. The tenderer shall submit: (a)The copies of MOA (Memorandum of Association)/AOA (Articles of Association) of the company.(b) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation. (c) A copy of authorization/ Power of Attorney issued by the Company (backed by the resolution of Board of Directors) in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of company and create liability against the company. Or In case Tenderer is LLP (Limited Liability Partnership); If the tender is submitted on behalf of a LLP registered under LLP Act-2008, the Tenderer shall submit along with tender: (a) A copy of LLP Agreement (b) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation (c) A copy of Power of Attorney/Authorization issued by the LLP in favour of the individual to sign the tender on behalf of the LLP and create liability against the LLP. Or In case of a tenderer is registered Society and Registered trust. The tenderer shall submit: (a) A copy of certificate of registration. (b) A copy of Memorandum of Association of Society/Trust Deed (c)A copy of Power of Attorney in favour of the individual to sign the tender documents and create liability against the society/ Trust.

The tenderers shall submit a copy of New Annexure-V(A).This certificate is to be given by attorney/authorized signatory/each member of Partnership firm/Joint Venture (JV) / Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc

Certificate of information regarding employment/partnership etc. of retired railway employees with the tenderer as per Annexure- R

The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that they are not liable to be disqualified and all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual. Standard format of the certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-V. Non submission of a copy of certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested by which they/he are/is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the Tender Document.
