Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description from roof projection, repair with 15mm thick rendering on fair face of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound ( As per manufacturer detail ) including junction portion, making proper slope towards out side, finished even and smooth with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) and provision of two coats of cement based paint and including all necessary scaffolding / safety arrangement for carrying out work on outer side of Double Storey Building complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing admixture measured and paid separately)

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping to columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape incl. binding with MS annealed wire of dia not less than 0.90mm as in stirrups and spacers, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation ,commissioning and testing of Diesel engine generating set 415 volts 40 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator water cooled, installed including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Jammu and confirming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/2613/5000 with following :- (i) The capacity of generator set shall be net after all due derating factor as per relevant ISI design (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. (iii) The quoted rate shall de deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of one hour on 10% over load in presence of representative detailed by accepting officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests. (iv) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS:8183 for maximum sound absorption. (iv) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against wreathing action. (v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (vii) For efficient acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gasket to used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repair (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement

(x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provided for monitoring the operation. (xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (xii) Deliverables, 75 DBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be within 7 Degree above ambient temp. (xiii) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fittings for inside illumination. (xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG set on a suitable insulated plateform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button (xvi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. (J)The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets :- Civil Works :- All civil work including PCC plate form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good and existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 30 cm and as directed by EIC.
