M&L for cleaning of overhead tank of any description and in any position, removing all scale and dirt by detergent/detergent powder and finally disinfected with bleach wash etc from tanks and mouths of circulating pipes etc and writing the date of cleaning and the due date of cleaning, capacity of tanks exc. 250 litres and not exc. 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 above but exc 500 & n.exc. 1000 ltrs capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top),double layer construction, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position including over flow 150mm, waste pipe 100mm long with fitting etc. of 20 mm dia including dismantling of old PVC tank (Capacity 250- 500 Litres) & removing to where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 03 above but exc 500 & n.exc. 1000 ltrs capacity, including dismantling of old PVC tank (Capacity exc 500 & n.exc. 1000 ltrs Litres) & removing to where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (powder), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 above but 25 mm bore (minimum weight 455 gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ball / float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20 mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Gun-metal, globe or gate valve, 20 mm dia, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above but 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair tank cover black of size /shape for water tanks of storage capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr each (with necessary fixing/ locking arrangement) to suit the existing provision complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14 above but 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-fixing of old steel GI tubing with all new fittings, 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia angle Stop valves of PTMT any colour high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms), complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair fancy type angle stop cock, 15 mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with capstan head, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 105 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs towel rails 600 mm long of PTMT fixed with and including CP brass screws and plastic cleats (min weight 190 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PTMT waste pipe 32 x 800 mm for WHB / sink, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity, valve less, syphonic action type, low level white with and including inlet, ball valve, float & handle, waste pipe & brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash basin , white , flat back, size 580 x 450 mm, excluding taps waste ,chain and plug and porcelain stopper but incluing brackets, waste pipe of size 32x800 and waste coupling of size 32x100 and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement / lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair & even mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description and thickness as in floor and aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) work, 20 mm thick (Table rubbed and polished) and rounding or chamfering the exposed edges of granite as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like set in cement mortar 1:4, including pointing in white cement 1:2, using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Granite, complete all as specified and directed and including M & L Screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6, 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes in etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & removing serviceable material to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC, type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finished rough, as in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x300 x 6-7mm thick, coloured, on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7- 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6 )complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of all swolen/loose plaster of soffit of chajja and applying a coat of cement slurry @ 1.20 kg per Sqm of surface and rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (work will be executed at chajjas of upto 10 mtr height) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of tile size 550mmx550mm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing as in horizontal surface of floor and stair case and similar work over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick of tile size 550mmx550mm on vertical surface such as skirt, dados etc set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.
