Sheet with letter and numerical in enamelled red colour on white colour enamelled background indicating amen of transmission line in Short (In English letter of size 35mm height) and tower no. (In English letter of size 65 mm height) as per requirement and with provision of 02 No. holes for fixing along with 16 mm x 40 mm bolts nuts and washers.

Danger plate in size 380mm x250mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet written "Danger" in English letter of size 35 mm height in Hindi letter of size 45 mm height "220000 Volt" in English letter of size 30 mm height and indicating "Sign of Danger" in size of 70 mm x 80 mm all shown symmetrically in enamelled Red Colour on white colour enamelled background and provision of 2 Nos., holes for fixing along with 16 mm x 40 bolts nuts and washers.

Phase plate in sets of red, yellow & blue colour circular disc (Both sides enamelled) of dia 100mm duly made of 16 SWG sheet with provision of 01 No. Hole for fixing along with 16 mm x 40 mm bolt, nut & washer.

Tack welding of all bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 separation of minimum 10mm thickness with 10mm/12mm electrode & application of Zinc rich aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of River Crossing tower & Anchor towers.

Laying, stringing, tensioning clamping, jointing etc of (all 06 Phase) ACSR Zebra conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessorises i.e. fittings Armour rods, vibration dampers etc.

Stringing of 01 No. OPGW including installation of Joint Boxes, Jointing and splicing work and its entire associated works.

Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt.

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc.

Live line dismantling of existing Earthwire necessary hardware, Rerolling of earthwire on empty drums of OPGW & safety transportation of all removed material to UPPTCL stores etc.

Live line installation, Laying, Test & Commissioning of links etc. of 24 fibre (DWSM) OPGW Fibre Optic Cable along with all necessary Hardware sets excluding Joint Box.
