M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing down and smoothing old surface of walls including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of wall including cornices etc by brooming down and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of ceiling surface, including cornices etc by brooming down and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @500gm(Undiluted) per Sq Mtr of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander having mechanical vacuum mechanism with RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with spry gun, complete all as specified and directed., by skilled labour as per following steps complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Apply the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minit. (b) Apply the first coat The prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltr per minits with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. (c) allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (d) applying of Two coat oil bound distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of oil bound distemper on the surface

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and cornices by booming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distempering using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capable of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying oil bound distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of oil bound distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be even & smooth without using extra cement on internal walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces rendering is to be even & smooth without using extra cement on Ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete/plastered or kerb stone surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat priming paints complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (a.) The preparatory and application work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator duly certified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from Garrison Engineer with all documentary evidences. (b) Necessary scaffolding and ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/ height with all safety precaution (i.e Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Safety harness, Safety Goggles etc.) No extra cost shall be paid for such precaution. Such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polyethene film shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (g) No payment for additional height shall be paid to the contactor. (h) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No completion will be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of Garrison Engineer or by the Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Requirement of daily labour and timeline for completion of specified task shall be decided by the Garrison Engineer and contractor has to comply the same otherwise compensation as mentioned in Sch A Notes shall be recovered.
