Excavating in trenches in hard/dense soil, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old size brick well burnt laid flat for cable protection abutting each other laid dry with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean fine river sand as in sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pedestal/coping including necessary weathering and form work etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Volume of pole/strut shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through ducts or pipe, cable LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable , with aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm x 2 core including taking out existing cable from trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through ducts or pipe of any size, any core , includingcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, jointing and connecting "as in repairs" cable end termination joint kit, out door/indoor, heat shrinkable type for underground cable including jointing kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade cable including excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of 80 mm bore galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with and including 02 Nos. MS clamp of size 25x4 mm, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings, for protection of cable, laid in trenches/road crossing/floor or fixed to pole/wall with and including 02 Nos. MS clamp of size 25x4 mm, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed as in repair / replacement of pole mounted street light factory fabricated junction box of size 300 x 160 x 250 mm of approved make and of appropriate size made out of 2 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet , including63A ,Three Phase four wire having four no.AL Bus Bar including 6A SP MCB. The box should have auto Door Lock facility with magnetic Lock having Sizehaving Size box fixed on pole using necerssary fixing arrangement such as clamps,nut,bolts and washer including taking down existing junction box of any description/type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically and testing of street light panel box complete in replacement with Astronomical timer ,contactor rating 65 Amp, MCB 63 A TPN complete for mounted made out of CRCA sheet 1.6 mm thick, powder coated, having provision for Astronomical Timer, Contactor, Toggle switch, SP MCBs and MCCBs etc. having self closing door lock complete with fixing clamps or mounting arrangement all as required at site, specified or directed including taking out existing U/S street light switch any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming up of Bushes/ Tree branches upto 5 mtr all around security light poles both side of the road from Bana to Khetrapal, removing cut branches from site as directed, Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 5 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department. (ii) only effected Span at site shall be measured where tree branches are touching nearly HT/LT lines complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for detection of any type of fault in HT underground Line of any size and core. (laid in soil at plane area or forest area) with the help of HT Meggar. Seggregation of faulty span by meggering and making span serviceable by repair of cable or replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Detection of one fault in faulty span will be measured as Each Job. 2. Excavation and earth work and taking out/retrieving of cable shall be measured and paid for seperately. 3. Material for repair and replacement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L as in repair/replacement of mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat & two coats of aluminium paint including dismantling from pole complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching aluminium conductor or GI wire on existing over head lines (running on 11 Mtrs pole) without removing including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluninium binding wire, connections of incoming and out going cables, binding with spacers where required, complete all as specified and directed. (Note ;- For measurement length of set of 3 conductors incl GI wire / Cradle or guarding wire shall be taken as one sapn ).

M&L for ACSR conductor (Weasel conductor 6 x 2.59 + 1 x 2.59 Al + Steel), of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables, including dismantling and taking down carefully old ACSR conductor/GI wire of any size from HT/LT overhead line complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 3% for sag shall be added.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size and keeping serviceable insulators aside for reuse removing unserviceable insulators from site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

S & F Shackle insulators porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one set of galvanised mild steel section of straps 31 x3 mm, dia of bolt 12mm alongwith iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 75mm height, 95mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly comprising stay 14 mm dia and 40 cm long stay rod 20 mm dia and 1.8 m long threaded ends with nuts, mild steel plate 30 cm X 30 cm X 6 mm thick and two number of thimble etc. complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation & earh work and concrete shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for galvanized steel stay wire size 7/ 4.0 mm for stay of poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loop type insulator vitreous, poecelain, white/brown/green, large size, with overall dimensions 90 x140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing, servicing and replacement of LT panels unserviceable part including complete breakable accessories such as partialy open door, breakable door, unserviceable aluminium bus bar, unserviceable locking arrangement, repairing of LT Panel legs, welding work, neceassry PCC work, excavtaion and earth work including disconnection and reconnection of cables, for any size any capacity LT Panel also fixing of LT Danger Notice plate both side of the Panel, complete all as directed. (Note:- Only Danger Notice Plate shall be measured and paid separately.)

S & F in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT panel after removing old dust particles, oily portion by rubbing with sand paper and painting a coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray pump, and writing/digital printing, Capacity Descripton, date of installation, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting "as in replacement" in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles of 9.50 metres long, type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, goose neck bracket, finial taper plug , bolt, nuts & screws as specified and painting internal surface with anti-corrosive paint and external surface painting up to 1.5 m height from base of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality black & yellow colour alternate strip 30 cm wide over a coat of red oxide primer and remaing portion with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation and earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 25x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate and filling of vegetable soil to the remaining 10%,removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.
