Chair CBASpecial with handrest FD - 260, (a) Removing of unserviceable seat from chair and supply and fixing new seat made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with suitable nut and bolts with washers all as per brand as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removing of unserviceableback from chair and supply and fixing new back made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with suitable nut and bolts with washers all as per bdrand as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing of unserviceable hand rest from chair and supply and fixing new hand rest made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick with teak wood beading with suitable size of screws including polishing to beading complete all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing of unserviceable rubber bush from the bottom of the chair tubular steel with Arms and with out arms and supply and fix new synthetic rubber bush of size as per existing with suitable with suitable size of screw as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Materials and labour for painting to chair including welding wherever necessary and duly preparing the surfaces by sand papering and remove the stains and applying a coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint (Olive Green/smoke grey/Black) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Chair CBASpecial with handrest Model No :- Godrej USHA LEXUS : (a) Removing of unserviceable seat from chair and supply and fixing new seat made out of 1st class seasoned teak wood duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with suitable nut and bolts with washers all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removing of unserviceable back from chair and supply and fixing new back made out of 1st class air seasoned teak wood duly caned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with suitable bolts nut and washers all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing of unserviceable hand rest from chair and supply and fixing new hand rest made out of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick with teak wood beading with suitable size of screws including polishing to beading complete all as per drg and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing of unserviceable storage jali from the chair and supply and fixing new storage jali of size as per drg including painting with two coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint with suitable size of screw as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Removing of unserviceable rubber bush from the bottom of the chair tubular steel with Arms and with out arms and supply and fix new synthetic rubber bush of size as per existing with suitable size of screw as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Materials and labour for painting to chair including welding where ever necessary and duly preparing the surfaces by sand papering and remove the stains and applying a coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint (Olive Green/smoke grey/Black) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair Easy FD-229 (a)Taking out unserviceable front leg and fixing new front leg of size 75X32X545mm with PVC Shoe in same position as per drg for chair easy including polishing the replaced leg and all as directed.

Caning of chairs (Expect chair Varandah) Removing of unserviceable cane plastic from any type of chairs, cleaning the cane holes and recanning the chairs using 2mm wide new plastic cane white colour and 4mm width new plastic cane white for border all sides as per drawing and as directed.

Chair CBA/CBB Steel FD - 75 (M): (a) Removing of unserviceable seat from chair CBA steel with Arms and supply and fixing new seat made out of second class air seasoned hard wood of size 400 mm x 435mm duly canned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers all as per dr No FD-75(M) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removing of unserviceable seat from chair CBB steel with out Arms and supply and fixing new seat made out of second class air seasoned hard wood of size 440 mm x 400mm duly canned with 2mm plastic cane and 4mm cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers all as per drg No FD-75(M) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing of unserviceable back from CBA steel with Arms and supply and fixing new back made out of second class air seasoned hard wood of size 460 x 380mm duly caned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size bolts, 04 Nos with nut and washers all as per drg No FD-75(M) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removing of unserviceable back from CBB steel with out Arms and supply and fixing new back made out of second class air seasoned hard wood of size 420 x 400mm duly caned with 2mm wide plastic cane and 4mm wide cane for border/beading and fixed to the chair with 100 x 6mm size bolts, 04 Nos with nut and washers all as per drg No FD-75(M) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(e) Removing of unserviceable arms from chair tubular steel with arms and supply and fixing new arms made out of second class hard wood with suitable size of screws including painting the wooden surface with two coats of first quality black syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as per drg No FD-75(M) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(f) Removing of unserviceable rubber bush from the bottom of the chair tubular steel with Arms and with out arms and supply and fix new synthetic rubber bush of size as per existing with suitable size of screw as per drawing No FD-75(M) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(g) Materials and labour for painting to chair including welding where ever necessary and duly preparing the surfaces by sand papering and remove the stains and applying a coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint (Olive Green/smoke grey/Black) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Make of paint Asian/Berger/Nerolac)

Chair Verandah FD-256/359 : Removing of unserviceable cane plastic from chair varandah, cleaning tublar surface & necessary prepration and two coat of spray painting with first quality synthetic enamel paint white and recanning the chair varandah with 4mm wide half round new plastic cane asper drg and also fix new rubber shoes for all four legs as per drawing and as directed.(Note: Quoted rate is inclusive for recanning, spray painting & providing 4 Nos rubber shoes to legs)

Chair dining FD/MAP-II/05: Removing existing unserviceable seat from chair dining and supply and fix new PVC seat 4mm thick with holes of pattern complete all as shown on drawing .

Chair Verandah officer FD/MAP-II/06: Removing existing unserviceable broken seat and back for chair verandah and supply and fix new PVC seat & Back 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.85kg each and grooves 90x100mm 10 No on seat & back including 4 Nos rubber shoes to be fixing complete all as shown on drawing . Note:- One seat and one back shall be measured as one set

Chair dining FD - FD / E6 / MAP /10 and FD /MAP-II/ 04 (a) Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable foam from seat of chair dining and supply and fix new 75 mm thick foam 32 density of size 400 mm x450 mm duly stiched with tapestry cloth of rate not less than Rs 250.00 per metre of approved colour and design and fixed with new chair dining seat of 12mm thick plywood as specified / shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(b) Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable Tapestry from seat of chair dining and supply and fix new tapestry cloth cover of approved shade/colour with rate not less than Rs 250.00 per metre to the seat of chair dining as specified / shown on drg and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

POLISHING OF WOODEN FURNITURE: Removing placard and old polish, and rubbing with sand paper to make the surface smooth including filling the cavities with wooden filler and free from all dust and applying two coat of French polish high glossy finish obtained to entire surface of all sides of chair dining and all as specified and directed.
