RequiredThe tenderer should be a Authorized dealer who must have Authorized dealer tested and supplied the equipment s similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 30percent of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years

RequiredLiquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 253242.00 Credit lines letter of credit certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. usually 30 percent of the amount of contract

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
