Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth in soft / loose soil for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) for protection of cable or fixing poles and stays and struts and including trimming of sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete .

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete.

Dismantling/ taking down ACSR conductor from LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc from LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable service wire of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F energy saving LED street light fitting of 45 Watt seasonal RTC control with dimmable type, epoxy powder coated pressure dia cast aluminium housing with individual LEDs with modular secondary optics and IP-66 degree of protection , better optics for uniform distribution street/roadway luminaire with high 45 watt LED Lamp complete fitting with driver , LED strip and all other accessories etc , PF>0.95 with voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, suitable for direct mounting on pipe bracket , fixing on pole/along the wall complete with and including GI bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI Pipe - 01 No, MS clamp - 02 Nos, bent to shape including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and making electrical connection with providing of 1.50 metre long twin core round copper conductor cable of suitable size and testing complete all as per SYSKA Cat part No SSK-SLF-CF-45W-WL or equivalent model of any make given in Appx 'B', Cat Part No. as approved by GE complete all as specified including taking down old unserviceable existing street light fitting of any type and capacity from pole/wall along with accessories including making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) all as directed.

M & L for local sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR-Part-1 before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 180mm after laying complete. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type I, flat, size 250mmx 150mmx40mm for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable, perpendicular to the direction of cable complete.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT XLPE Cable of cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, suitable for earthed system, stranded aluminium conductor , 1100 Volt grade , heavy duty with XLPE insulated PVC sheathed with Galvanized steel strip armoured , conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete including taking out old cable complete all as specified and as directed (Note : Exacavation & earth work, cable cover & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of this BOQ.)

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade, 40mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete including taking down old pipe of any size/type.

S&F of LT cable junction box insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size shall not be less than 200 x 160 x 98mm, environment friendly, recyclable, halogen and silicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive, rated for degree of ingress protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529, the gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. Junction box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60670-22 and IEC 60670-2-5 the JB colour shall be according to RAL 9011. The manufacturer of JB/ enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC certificate, for better safety of the polycarbonate, encl shall be fire retardant and self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3, UL subject 94 for flamability V-2. It should be tested and glove wire test for 96˚ centigrade. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including MS clamps with chromium plated of suitable size to fixe on existing pole, 04 pole connector and MCB SP 'C' curve 6-32 Amp to control light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable sheathed 1.5 sqmm flat 3 core for connection for steet light fitting with over head lines/ service connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Note :- (a) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from earth pit. Pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (b) 4mm dia GI wire and 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
