Cleaning of underground water storage sump of capacity 5,000 gallons (at UWR, 24 Lt's Qtrs and 203 pump house - 02 No) capacity having one compartment by following process as under :- (a) Dewatering the tank including all dirt dust and mud. (b) Desilting and removal of dirty water and sludge with wire brush inside wall and floor surfaces to remove impurities (c) Cleaning of walls, ceiling and bottom of tank by high pressure water jet and bleaching powder (d) Removing mud/impured material to a distance 10m away from sump (e) Writing the capacity and date of cleaning with white and black enamelled paint as directed

Cleaning of under ground sewage sump 1 lakh litres capacity at Varunapuri gate, sewage pump house as per notes given below:- Notes :- (a) De-watering the complete existing sewage to bottom of under-ground sewage sump (Appx. depth of UG sewage sump-15metres). (b) Taking out mud, garbage, cloth pieces and impurities of any thickness complete from the bottom of the sump by man- power and removing away from site and cleaning the surrounding with bleaching powder all as directed and as specified. (c) Replacing old GI weld mesh provided on top of the sewage tank including MS channel support and painting (d) Replacing 2 Nos old PVC pipe flexible type with new pipe including all fittings all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified

All as per Item No.1.00 above but in soft disintegreted rock/ laterite rock

Returning filling in excavated earth work including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any strata

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m, depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point

M & L for providing dry river sand/ M-sand as in sand cushioning for underground PVC cable protection including punning down sand in layers all as specified and directed

Supply and lay reinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, Type- I flat, size 250x150x40mm, ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable/ burnt LT UG cable from any type of soil of any size

Laying only UG cables including testing & commission of XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric LT cable 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor cross sectional area of size 2 Core 10 Sqmm including lugs, thimble all as specified and directed. Note :- Cable will be issued under Schedule 'B'

Laying only testing & commission of multistranded PVC copper Cable of size 2.5 sqmm 2 core from junction sintex box to street light fittings through PVC conduit including all accessories complete all as directed. Note :- Cable will be issued under Schedule 'B'

Dismantling and taking down street light fittings / gate light fittings of any wattage and size for replacement all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI tube medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or laid in road trench of size 40 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Fixing only LED street Light Luminaire 120W with LEDs lights and driver, toughened glass with frame including all accessories like 3 core flexible copper cable and connector, channel all as specified and directed. Note :- Street Light will be issued under Schedule 'B'

Fixing only LED street Light Luminaire 60W with LEDs lights and driver, toughened glass with frame including all accessories like 3 core flexible copper cable and connector, channel all as specified and directed. Note :- Street Light will be issued under Schedule 'B'

S & F in repair junction box of fixed on existing pole including MCB 6 Amps SPN & terminal block with clamp, nut & bolt connections complete.

S & F in repair GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia, 1.5 m in length, bent to shape for fixing street light fitting fixed with necessary clamps, bolts nuts etc., complete.

M & L brick work with burnt bricks best quality locally available bricks old size laid staright or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed including dismantling old disturbed surfaces.

M & L rendering in 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) cement concrete unreinforced all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing (or grouting or coping) 100mm thick with necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.34.00 but type C1 using PCC (1:3:6) 20mm stone aggregate for road cutting filling etc all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Framed work such as ladders, walk ways, railings & hand rail, shed and frame work for water supply installation and similar work including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc embedded in concrete / masonary complete duly painted with two coats of primier and one coat on synthetic enamel paint, drilling, bolting or reveting con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including fixing it on required surface with necessary cement and welding work complete all as specified

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F in repairs notice keyboard for hanging keys made up of teak wood of size 0.6x0.6m x 12mm thick with front opening and front door made up of glass, hanged on wall of pump house all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in for foundation with grouting nut & bolt with necessary form work etc including dismantling pumpset with delivery and suction lines and making necessary alteration by fixing pipe and bend, refixing & realigning again after doing foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling old water disinfectant gas cylinder from existing location by disconnection all pipe and connection safely, deposting to store and making good the disturbed surfaces and all as specified and directed. Note: Old Gas cylinder will be deposited in store.

Taking out old flanged type CI pipe 200 mm alongwith connected accessories, relaying and Jointing on wall of OH tank of min height 18m, rectifying where leaking by changing rubber gasket joint at BMF pump house all as specified & directed. laid in trenches complete :-

S & F smart solar street light with built in mono crystalline panel, lithium ferro phospate battery, MPPT charge controller and PIR sensor with colour temperature alongwith connecting accessories like clamp, nut & bolts, pipe etc for fixing on existing pole all as speicifed and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs to single pointed air termination rod (copper) 12 mm dia 300 mm long along with all mounting accessories on top of OH reservoir of different staging at pump house as per relevant IS provision. (All the joints shall be properly revitted and brazed/welded)

Supply and fix in repairs to alumium strip 25 x 3.15mm complete with suitable insulator, saddles and fixing screws etc from termination rod at top and down conductor above ground. (All the joints shall be properly revitted and brazed/welded)

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made outdoor LT Panel board CPRI type tested, outdoor type, weather / vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet in cubical pattern of suitable size, duly powder coated with front opening, floor mounted free standing type and compartmentalized construction, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply having 3 phase and neutral, 3 Nos aluminium bus bar of 100 Amps for 3 phase and neutral bus bar of 100 amps capacity duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coated sleeve complete and painted wtih powder coating 7 tank process with locking arrangement complete with IP 52 class protection and mounted on base angle iron 50x50x5mm, grouted with PCC (1:3:6) foundation / bedding up to height of 30 cm above groung level and the job includes dismantling of existing LT panel carefully without damaging incoming cables and connecting to proposed panel all as specified and directed at Accomodation Fountain. the panel shall comprises of following items accessories:
