Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing moulded round or D shape hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50 mm dia x 2 mm thick welded in straight lenght over M.S. flat at top of vertical balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & balusters of railings shall be mesaured & paid separetely) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing door frame shall be fabricated from roll formed 1.2 mm (one point two milimetre thick galvanised steel (base IS 513) wiyh zink of 120 gm/sqm powered coated the overall size of the section should be 105 mm x 60 mm (one hundred five x sixty milimeter) for single rebate and 125 x 60 mm for double rebate including fixing in position as per the direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors,windows and ventilators of standerd rolled steel sections ,joints mitred and welded with 16x3.15 mm lugs 10 cm.long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15 cmx10cmx10cm size of 1:3:6(1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plug and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required and iron fittings,including providing and fixing of glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sesh putty within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing angle iron cupboard frames manufactured from M.S.Angle iron section 25X25X5mm thickness including hinges jamb,lock jamb,beed and if required angle thrashold of mild steel angle 25X25 mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means,lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after preteatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in?Charge.

PAINTING AND POLISHING

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters paint other than white. Including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals :-(i)White enamel paint

Other than white

Applying one or more coat of paint based putty made of whiting and POP etc. mixed in required quantity of white enamel paint for application on wood based products after thoroughly brushing the surface free from motar drops,dust,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting.Readymixed paint brushing wood primer pink.The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surface under coat with enamel paint and finishing coating with flat oil paint,brushing to five an even shade including clearing of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping with in all leads,lifts of materials and other incidentals. Synthatic enamel paint other than white.within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with readymixed primer.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new concrete / masonry/plastered surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture for use on floors to give an even shade,including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as requiredwithin all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Polishing two coats with malamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler.within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Plastering, Pointing, White Washing, colour washing, Distempering and other Finishings:-

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) in all floor level including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including aries,internal rounded angles,chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including aries,internal rounded angles,chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. cluding carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

White washing with lime to give an even shade New work (three or more coats) including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar and other foreign matters including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering(two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on undecorated wall surface on all floor to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign material including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts:

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete.

MISCELLANEOUS WORK

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick green chalk board with superior quality framming specialy anodized aluminium profile 20 x 15 mm with corner of black plastic shall be provided .The board surface shall be non-porus ceramic particle on the top green surface for smooth writing with chalk over 11 mm thick particle board which shall have backing materials of galvanised sheet 28 mm thick approximately.The board shall be fixed on the special designed clamp and square clamps with the help of nylon plugs and screws as per site requirement.within all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge

Water supply and Sanitation Installation :-

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. Fittings and clamps, i/c making good the walls etc. Concealed pipe, including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts (a)15 mm dia nominal bore

(b) 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. Fittings including trenching and refilling et carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. 20 mm dia nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. Complete.20 to 40 mm nomonal bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and threading the pipes complete including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
