Cleaning and removing of blockage of any type of sludge /effluent etc in sewage pipe line of 150mm internal dia from manhole and well flushing with water manually with the help of green bamboo or any other mechanical method as deemed fit including taking off and replacing manhole cover etc. all complete as directed (Depth of manhole n.exc 1.50 Mtr).

All as per item No.1 above but depth of manhole ex. 1.5 m to 3.00 m.

Cleaning blockages from Nahani trap to Gully trap by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow, complete all as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceeding 5m by Roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning blockages from wash hand basin/sink including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning of septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc. scraping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc. outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following of septic tanks :- Note 1:- Sludge / de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechanical sewage cleaning tankers. Note 2:- Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shrubs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs all-round the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area.

Dewatering / desilting from septic tank by using mechanical pump set and discharging for disposal out side the MD land and spreading required bleaching powder over the area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10 above, but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, inserting for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick works and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC concrete in cover slab etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for pre cast reinforced cement concrete manhole cover 1:2:4, type B1, (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ,for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including demolition of drain pipes, bedding, haunching etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC 110 mm dia (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Salt Glazed Stone Ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed 150 mm bore of pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete in coping with type B1 mix 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork as directed for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, bedding concrete in manholes and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channels (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic joint free coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x600x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of bedding layer 10mm thick in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including provision of bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable IWC & Supply & fix Vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern of size 580mm ˣ 440mm white with integral foot rest excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern (EWC) including plastic water closet seat, closet pattern with flat bottom, and cover and aluminized hinge device complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel grating doom 100mm dia open able type complete all as specified and directed.
