Reapir to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, pathetc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 sqm with paving bitumenall as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and using mechnical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 grade at 5 Kg per 10 sqm with paving bitumen

M&L for 30mm thick Bituminous premixed semi dense concrete asphaltic carpeting consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitument content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradientwith 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniforme smooth surfaces as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Chargecomplete all as specified and as directed. Note: teh actual required of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified however quality of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix desogn as specified in Sch 'A' shall be adjusted @ the rate 41.13 (Rs Forty one & paisa therteen) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and to wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix any penetration.

M&L for laying 2.5mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking painting uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MOST specification including cleaning of road surface heating of material within specified temperature limit for making with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and as diirected.

S&F of solar road stud Make: Alexis Enterprises Pvt Ltd Cat Part No 1901, directed by GE fixed with suitable size studs as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge (i) Appropriate apoxy adhesive on the road surface shall be provided as per manufacturer's specification before fixing the cat eye and the same is included in quoted rate by the contractor.

S&F of Delinator made out of Medimum Grade MS Rectangular Pipe of size 100mm x 50mm, back powder coated duly laminated with 300mm wide reflective strips all around made up of high intensity grade retro reflective substrate 600mm overall length embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 300x300x200mm in ground including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Dark eye model No.DA 74 or equivalent of make Tata/3M/Road star
