M&L for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood well seasoned glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I, Section 8, Clause 8.24(a0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), finished concrete surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs GI steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel plate rack made of 1mm thick stainless steel and of size 750mmx600mmx250mm three tier fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Blue Star/Jayna or equivalent approved make.

Supply & fix Bib tap, long body cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down for 15mm bore GI pipe or for brass ferrule including taking down old unserviceable one. Make : ESSCO Cat No. SQT-511 KN or equivalent approved make.
