Taking out old unserviceable capacitor from spilt AC & supply & fix new running capacitor of 45 / 50 / 55 Mfd, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. Make : Brite/Epcos/Dipcon/BRC.

Taking out old unserviceable indoor unit blower motor from split type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity and S & F new blower motor single phase, AC, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed. Make of Motor : As per existing.

Taking down old unserviceable compressor from window type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 tonne and S & F new company made compressor of Make as per existing compressor including charging of gas compatible to compressor i.e F 22/R134a etc. to achieve maximum cooling effect including vacuumising & necessary copper tubing including brazing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Compressor No of old unserviceable compressor & new compressor shall be entered in the MB.

Taking out old unserviceable grass pad from desert coolers and S & F new grass pad suitable for 3000 to 4000 cum/hr capacity desert cooler including necessary clamps complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable Temperature Sensor with cable & supply and fix new chiller unit temperature sensor with cable and connecting to starter panel including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable contractor relay and supply and fixing new contactor relay, 230 volts, 50 Hz capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Siemens/L&T/C&S or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down old unserviceable cooling fins & Supply and fix cooling tower fins suitable for upto 160TR capacity of existing make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling compressor oil of N-68 grade including opening of compressor in position, cleaning the oil chamber and draining out old oil from the chamber and testing after filling of oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging of Refrigerant R 407C to top up the of Central AC plant up to required level (03 Nos) for required cooling effect and testing after filling of refrigerent complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB & S & F MCCB, 250 Amp, 3 Pole, 36 KA, 415 V, thermal magnetic release type, Ics=100 % Icu, with adjustable overload setting and adjustable short circuit setting with thermal release range 160-200 Amp including spreader terminals and phase barriers complete all as specified and directed. Make L&T/Schneider/ Legrand as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repair MCB, triple pole, 63 Amp capacity , 'C' curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCB, triple pole, 50 Amp capacity , 'C' curve, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Descaling the condenser (78.8 TR capacity AC Plant) with and using descaling solution. The solution will be circulated till all the scale from the tube is removed. The left over scale will be removed by nylon brush of size 5/8" fixed on rod by circulation of fresh water through condenser till the clear water comes out from the other end and including repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note : Descaling solution acid pump, elect line and elect connection will be arranged by the contractor at their own expenses. No extra shall be admissible on this account.

Cleaning of cooling coil including dismantling of suction line from compressor with feeding of chemical solution (carbon tetra chloride) through cooling coil for flushing out of oil and dust of cooling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of compressor chamber of 20 TR capacity AC Plant and replacement of oil filter, cover gasket, servicing of compressor, charging of compressor oil, leakage test, pressure test, replacement of defective shaft seal, repair and adjustment to loader/unloaded system, minor nuts bolts and minor parts & realignment of motor and compressor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing of cooling tower including draining out complete water from bottom tank and cleaning complete inner surface with nylon brush, opening of water strainer from water inlet to condenser after removing of flange and replacement of gasket and jali after cleaning/removing of foreign material from inside the strainer and cleaning of blocked spray nozzles including descaling of complete water line with descaling solution complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of AHU 16000 CFM unit including cleaning of cooling coils with chemical and cleaning of air filters, micro filters, draining out old water from inlet and outlet pipes and refilling fresh water and testing after servicing upto the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of AHU 23000 CFM unit including cleaning of cooling coils with chemical and cleaning of air filters, micro filters, draining out old water from inlet and outlet pipes and refilling fresh water and testing after servicing upto the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 5 HP motor from site and winding of motor with appropriate gauge of copper wire and made functional and refix in same location including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 7.5 HP motor from site and winding of motor with appropriate gauge of copper wire and made functional and refix in same location including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for carry out leakage test for complete unit through Nitrogen gas and sealing of leakage through welding / brazing including pumping down of gas before leakage test and refilling of gas after carry out the leakage test complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair water pressure gauge 10 Kgs x 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make- Ramco or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

S & F in repair brass butter fly valve, liver operated, 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete servicing/cleaning of motor and pump with Kerosene or by blower where necessary, tightening of loose nuts and bolts, greasing, gland packing and tightening of all electrical connections for the following capacities pumping sets complete all as specified and directed.
