Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft/hard rock or chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.in pick jumper work 50% each.

Excavation in foundation trenches ( for pipes and pits )upto all depths including shoring ,struting and timbering in all kinds of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work,kankar, mooram singles including decomposed in soft /hard work ,wedging out of hard and soft rocks where blasting is prohibited, in saturated soil including bailing out the watering, by cutting in slopes where ever required, in rocky portion suitable anchorage shall be provided (anchorage will be paid separately) and stacking the excavated materials not more than 3.00 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soils in 15 cm (fifteen centi meter) layer when required into sides of trenches and above the laid pipes etc. consolidating in each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil in all leads and lifts . After disposal ,the surface shall be neatly dressed and leveled and shoring to its original shape complete in all respect as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm.as per HPPWD specifications within all leads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

a) In foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness) including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation footings bases of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete.`

Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings, and the like:-i)Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Column pillar, posts and struts: square rectangular or polygonal in plan.

Beams, Cantilevers, girders and lintels:- sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not excededing 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor

Sloping or battering surfaces including folded plates: where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceed 30 o.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floor and wall:- Under 20cm wide.

Stair cases with sloping of steeped soffits excluding landings.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) & as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying cast iron cover without frame for manholes for frame of 500 mm internal dia meters.C.I. cover (Medium duty ) the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg.

Poviding 200 mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).complete in all respect.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust , mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Half brick masonry using 2nd class common burnt clay building bricks in :-Cement Mortor 1:4(1 cement:4 sand).

Prov. wood work in frames of doors, windows clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position:-2nd class deodar wood.

P/F panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge i/c all leads and lifts.:-40mm thick deodar wood 2nd class.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side on brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounding angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth:-Cement mortor 1:6.

20mm cement plaster in single coats,on rough side of bricks/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth:-a)In cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand ) including all leads and lifts.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling:-a) In Cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand).

Distempering two coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and i/c a priming coat with distempering primer of approved brand and manufacturem after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortor dropping and other foreign matter and also i/c preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.Priming coat with distemper primer with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint or approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove dirt, loose or softened paint including all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.:- 40mm thick.

Applying priming coat over new wood and other wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter including all leads and lifts.With ready made paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping:-including all leads and lifts.With readymixed paint other than white.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc.with M.S.flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws complete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Plain grills.

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with spalls and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and camber including spreading watering and rolling of binding material moorum or earth etc. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour) within all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S.sliding door bolts bright finished or/ and black enamelled with nuts and screws etc.complete i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 300x 16mm.

Providing and fixing M.S.Tower bolts barrel type with necessary screws etc. complete i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 150x10mm.

Prov. 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm.1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand:6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement :3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth including all leads and lifts.

Prov. under layer of plinth protection of 75mm thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone agg. 40mm nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a prming coat of red lead paint etc.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mmx100mmx60mm deep (nominal size) on surface/recess with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet cover in the front including providing and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amps socket outlet and 15/16 amps, piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required:- Single pole & neutral,cat-B

Supplying and fixing of fancy wall bracket containing thread type CFL lamp holder (s) of all sizes and shapes,complete with all accessories but excluding CFL lamp including making connections, testing etc. as required. Fixed type wall bracket 150 dia, single lamp (Catgegory-A).

Supplying and errection of galvanized iron (G.I) pipe pole "A" quality of suitable length and dia 4.47 mm thickness, including fixing upto a given depth below G/L. The hole of excavation about 30 cm dia and given depth to be filled in upto 15cm below G/L with 1:3:6 cement concrete and there above plinth with 1:2:4 cement concrete upto a height of 45 cm from G/L.
