Required1) The tender schedule duly signed in all papers by the renderer with seal.
Required2) Receipt of online payment of the cost of tender schedule at an amount of Rs.11,800/- to pay through Online in favour of: Telangana Foods ?Account No.772101000011,IFSC Code:ICIC0007721, Branch: Telangana Foods.
Required3) Receipt of payment of the Earnest Money Deposit as download (through e-gateway of Telangana State Technology Services prescribed banks).
Required4) Onwards of contract the Tenderer has to pay corpus fund to TGTS for its consideration, for EMD circulated to Telangana Foods and it is the responsibility of Tenderer.
Required5) The contract has to having capacity of 26 persons and previously deployment last 3 financial years.
Required6) Firm Registration in case of Partnership Firm/Proprietor/Incorporation certificate in case of Limited Company/Labour Registration along with receipt of renewal fee for current year.
Required7) PAN copy of the Firm/company.
Required8) EPF & ESI Code Nos allotted letters GST Registration copies & Professional Tax Registration Certificates issued by the concerned Govt., Department.
Required9) Experience Certificates at least 3 years (proof of Certificate issued by the Organization etc., along with work orders).
Required10) Tenderer must have Telangana GST registration and a copy of GST Registration may be enclosed
Required11) Professional Tax Registration (Latest year PT filed copies).
Required12) Turn-over details for last three assessment year i.e.,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 certified copies from Chartered Accountants shall be furnished along with UDIN number
Required13) Income Tax returns for last three financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.
Required14) Turnover of the Tenderer shall not be less than 50.00 Lakhs Per Year from 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25
Optional15) The tender without the above-mentioned documents will be summarily rejected
