Material & Labour for attending fault including checking of existing street light, timer switch, junction boxes etc. of any type or of any description, fixed on poles of 9/11/16 metres or on walls including disconnecting the electric connection, removing the same from pole/wall etc. if required, including removal of deposited carbon on joints/wires etc. and replacement of defective parts as required at site to make the items functional and refixing the same at same location or at any other location as directed, making required connections and testing complete by engaging sufficient man power, tools & plants etc. to ensure safety of lights/poles as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Notes :- (a) Cost of unserviceable parts required to be replaced during this job shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only under respective items ( i.e. Srl item Nos. 2 to 8) of Schedule here-in-after. However, cost for repalcement of these items such as taking down and fixing shall be included in the qouted rate. (b) T&P such as hydra/telescopic ladder required for attending the Job is included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Universal driver suitable for LED street light of capacity 25-50 Watts complete with accessories as per existing make/size/type including 3 core 1.5sqmm copper conductor wire of required length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Universal driver suitable for LED street light of capacity 60-90 Watts complete with accessories as per existing make/size/type including 3 core1.5sqmm copper conductor wire of required length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Universal driver suitable for LED street light of capacity 120 Watts complete with accessories as per existing make/size/type including 3 core 2.5sqmm copper conductor wire of required length complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only power contactor heavy duty 32/40 Amps four pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC insulated , sheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 1.5 Sqmm three core for drawing through pole / PVC conduit for making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box with & including necessary thimbles ; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs of street light fitting bracket 1.5metres long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 40mm bore size light grade as required on site complete with nuts, bolts, washers and MS clamps, fixed on PCC/Steel pole as required on site etc. inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats aluminium paint and removal old complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of taking down and refixing old serviceable street light fitting, if any, on the new bracket is included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply & Fixing in repairs of street light fitting bracket 1.5metres long made out of galvanized iron pipe of 50mm bore size light grade as required on site complete with nuts, bolts, washers and MS clamp fixed on PCC/Steel pole as required on site etc. inclusive one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The cost of taking down and refixing old serviceable street light fitting, if any, on the new bracket is included in the quoted rate of this item.

Material and Labour for rubbing & cleaning with emery paper, preparation of old painted surface of steel poles 8.5/9 metres long excluding planting depth and painting the pole up to full height including channels, street light brackets, etc. with one coat of aluminium paint including making black & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint with alternate strips 30 cm height upto 1.5metres height, writing pole numbers as per existing, making round base of dia 120mm by using yellow colour and marking the pole numbers of letter size equal to 70mm in height by using black colour with stencil complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The T&P such as hydra/telescopic ladder etc. required for the painting job shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply & Fixing in repairs of thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box with polycarbonate glands of size 300mm X 200mm X 105mm ( make HENSEL, HPL, MEGAVIN, SWITCHGEAR, SUPERMAX as approved by the GE) hinged door type with heavy duty connector/ terminal block 100 amps 4 way , shock proof safe IP-55, weather proof, Tamper proof, rust and dust and water proof , internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through gland alongwith MS clamps and mounting brackets as required at site , with & including MCB SP 6 Amps 10 KA , aluminium thimbles required for cable connections to junction box with clamp system (screw less) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair astronomical timer switch panel complete suitable for 10 kw load with contactor 32Amps 4 pole, MCB TPN 40 Amps , astro time switch, control wiring , indicator , auto ,off,mannual switch; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 2 core 6 sqmm ; complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 2 core 10 sqmm ; complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5metres wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in trenches and getting out ; complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well raming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick ; complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metres above the starting point ; complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable complete all as specified and directed.(Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured)

Material and labour for well burnt bricks sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on blank old size laid flat with equal to lengrth of brick laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 22 above but using old serviceable bricks obtained form taking out of old cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using crushed stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces ; complete all as specified and directed.
