Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting einforcement bars.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in any size (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick panalled/Glazed shutter for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts in foundation and plinth.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.
