Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm VG-30, putting in premixed bituminous macadam , well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg / 10 m2 ,blinded with 0.09 m3 of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam ,binder and chippings stone) depth of holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge..

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled with power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge .

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen on black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed using paving bitumen.

M&L for Bituminous premix SDAC 40 mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and using mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 Ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
