Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Group B

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required.

Group B

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supply of 1200mm sweep, BEE 3 star rated ceiling fans suitable for 230 volt 50 HZ Supply, with 30 cm down rod and other accessories, canopies, with out regulator etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply of 300mm sweep, metallic exhaust fan, minimum 1300 rpm, suitable for 230 volt 50 HZ Supply including all acessories etc. as required.(Usha Aero clean plus make or equivalent).

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm (clamped with25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. Above 95 sq.mm and upto 185 sq.mm

Supply and fixing of PVC casing and caping of size 20X12mmx1.2mm (Make: AKG/ Salzer/ Setia/ Anchor) as required.

Supply and fixing of PVC casing and caping of size 25X16mmx1.2mm (Make: AKG/ Salzer/ Setia/ Anchor) as required.

SH:-II SITC Of LED Lights

Supply of LED flood light, Surface Mounted Device (SMD), Floodlight luminaire with System efficacy of more than 110 lm/W and with System High Lumen Output Minimum 8800 Lumen. Luminaire shall have two separate compartments for LEDs and driver and both compartments should be hermitically sealed to achieve IP 66 ingress protection. The LEDs used shall have High Purity Lens to provide Asymmetrical Wide beam light distribution angle for Uniform lighting and glare free lighting. Operating temperature shall be 0 to 50deg C, CCT of 5665 ± 355 Kelvin, CRI not less than 70 , with 4 KV internal Surge Protection and 10 KV external surge protection, complete with all accessories etc and meeting the technical specifications as required.

Supply of 4 feet 30W LED batten made of extruded aluminium housing. It has a system with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W. constant current output driver, operating range 150 – 270V AC supply, LED Colour Temp. from 5700K- 6500K with Minimum 50000 burning hours life. The luminaire is IP 20 protected etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall bracket / ceiling/ surface/ recess LED Light fittings of all sizes and shapes complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED batten fitting, complete with all accessories directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of hinged door SMC junction Box (similar to sintex: JS-JB-2817) on the wall surface including providing & fixing suitable connectors for loop in & loop out 4 core 10 sq. mm. armoured alluminium cable, 6 Amp MCB, Interconnection etc. as required.

SH:-III SITC of Open well Submersible pumps

Supply of Monoblock pump with suction/ Delivery pipe line of 5"/4" dia, discharge ,110 CUM/Hr @ 30 mtr, operated at 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, , AC power supply with stainless steel shaft, bronze impeller, mechanical seal, Class 'F' insulation including loading, unloading at site etc complete as required. (Similar to Make: Kirloskar, Model: KDS 335 ++ or equivalent)

Supply of 3hp/2.2 kW star-delta starter panel with enclosure suitable to operate in 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase motor AC power supply complete etc as required. (Make: L&T MK1-STAR DELTA STARTERS)

Installation, testing and commissioning of 3 hp/2.2 kW star-delta starter panel on wall including termination at panel side as per the specification complete as required.

Supply and Installation of various Mild Steel structure fabricated using single section MS Channel/angle/flat/bar etc including cutting, welding, drilling, fixing in position using appropriate fasteners, grinding, painting with approved steel primer and two coats enamel paint etc. complete as required.

SH:-IV Earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 m long x 40 mm dia. including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /coke and salt complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

SH:-V SITC of RO purifier i/c Water Dispensers

Supply of floor mounted type water cooler having following capacities with RO+ESS or RO + UV purification, Outer body Stainless steel 204 food Grade body and storage tank should be food grade SS 304, Non-CFC refrigerant, operating on 220 V ± 10% 50 Hz Single phase AC supply with COLD/ NORMAL water taps, suitable pre-filters (spun & carbon), necessary piping / hose connections with nearby water source,power cable connections complete etc. as required (Make: Zero B Eco Chill 150-150-150 cold or equivalent) RO Purification capacity : Not less than 150 ltr/hour Cool water tank : Not less than 150 ltr Normal water tank : Not less than 8 ltr online Cooling capacity : Not less than 150 ltr/hour
