Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning multi stage booster pump type horizontal 14 Stage suitable for discharge 45.5 Cum/Hr at 458M Head for lifting & boosting of treated water for nominal speed 1450 RPM (with casing made of CI , impeller & necking stainless steel 316, shaft sleeves & shaft made of SS 410,soft gland packing, efficiency of pump should not less than 62%, directly coupled with 180 HP / 312 KW, 415 Volts 50 Hz AC nominal speed-1450 RPM electric driven Motor, TEFC, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 V + 10%, IP - 55 degree of protection , F class insulation. Both pump and motor, mounted on a common mild steel base frame. It shall be placed on PCC / RCC foundation as specified by OEM including form work etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions. Note:- (i) Cost of foundation, Base frame and fiing charge of suction/delivery pipe upto common header required length and diameter including reducers of required size and diameter connecting and making a common header of both pumps included in the quoted rate. (ii) Suction and delivery as per specification of pump required legnth with fittings will be paid in respective item. (iii) Cost of commissioning & testing of complete pump shall be done in presence of manufacturers Enginner and not by authorised dealer/workshop/rep. concern etc. (iv) Fixing charges of Pressure Gauge, Water flow meter, water inlet system for priming of pump all as specified as specifications of pumps shall be inclusive in the unit rate item will be provided by the deptt. for fixing.

Disconnecting & taking out both the old existing serviceable APFC Panels of capacity 300 KVAR from Sub station building Gambhar & refixing of one APFC Panel 300 KVAR backside the back wash pump house Near main electric LT Panel & parallel connection with existing LT Electric Panel & testing including all necessary minor cable lugs/thimble, grounding of panel etc. and another APFC Panel to be refixing & connecting with parallel connection with existing LT Panel at Radiana pump house as same as above all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing & testing at LT under ground XLPE insulated armored heavy duty electric cable of size 240 Sqm 3.5 core with aluminium conductor with laid in existing duct all as specified and directed .

Supply & laying of synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2mm thick for Voltage up to 3.3 KV for electrical purpose confirming IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of size (2.00 meter x1.00 meter ) all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & Jointing of LT electric flame retard PVC insulated 3 core multi strand 1100 Volts of size 185 Sqmm all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for fixing,Jointing of cast steel WCB Y type Strainer Flanged ends with suction line of 180HP Multistage booster pump with nut bolts,washer,rubber/fiber gasket complete in all respect all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for fixing of Ductile iron (DI) Flanged reducer socket (Taper) Class PN 1.6 of size (150x80)mm in suction & delivery pipe of new multistage booster pump 180 HP with all necessary nut bolts washer rubber/gasket complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing supply main of size 80mm dia GI Pipe & insertion of new Tee(80x80x80) and making branch connection of size 80mm dia including all necessary fittings Tee (80x80x80)mm , flange heavy duty with nut bolt washer & rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing supply main of size 100mm dia & insertion of new Tee(100x100x80) including all necessary fittings Tee (100x100x80)mm , flange heavy duty with nut bolt washer & rubber/fiber gasket of 3mm thickness all as specified & directed .

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, manholes, for taking up or laying of pipes/cables, etc. and not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying and jointing of MS ERW steel flanged pipe of size 80mm dia as per IS-3589, laid in trench in hard/dense soil under road, culvert etc including all necessary fittings such as Tee, Bend, Nipple,heavy duty flanged etc including necessary bending work of pipe in any radius with help of Bending machine in hilly terrain all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing of CI sluice valve heavy duty for 80 mm bore pipe with flanged ends PN-1.6 ISI marked including joints and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers & rubber/fiber, gaske complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of internal size 90cm x 90 cm x 90 cm over PCC base 100mm thick in 1:4:8 including locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. The rates quoted under this item shall be inclusive of following work. (i) Excavation in hard/dense soil , PCC 1:4:8, 100mm thick in foundation including retuning filling and removal of excavated soil. (ii) 230mm thick Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (iii) 15mm thick rendering on bottom of pit , internal and external surface of brick work in CM 1:4 including three coat of white wash. (iv) Angle iron frame 50 x 50 x 6 mm grouted in 75mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B0 over brick wall. (v) Covering of mild steel sheet 5mm thick fixed on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6 mm incl locking arrangement, lifting handle, etc and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, in wall or retaining wall or supproting pillars to rest the GI water mains, any size, shape or thickeness including providing arrangement to holding the water mains with 50x6mm flat iron strip clamps/round shape grouted in PCC pillar all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for making X & Y section to support the water mains 80mm pipe by using MS angle iron, channel & MS flate iron with nut bolt washer etc incl necessary welding works & earth works, PCC for foundation of X & Y section supporting brackets all as specified & directed. Note:- Necessary earth work & PCC work measured and paid seperatly in respective schedule of items.
