Material and lobour for Servicing of earth pit structure by disconnecting earth strip by opening nuts and bolts 4 pole structures LT/HT including building checking all joints etc for any loose connection , replacement of rusted nut bolts and apply petrolium jelly for all joints and megaring of earthigs and repairing of eart pit complet all as directed by Engineer In-Charge. Note:- All the spares required for the work is included in the quoted rate.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earh lead wire of size 4.0 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix single point air termination alluminium rod, 12mm dia, 300mm long including provision of mounting on upto 1 mtr length GI pipe, nuts bolts, washers, rigid fixed on top roof height and insulated from base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and scrwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix tubes light grade with all fittings 40 mm dia fixed on the roof for Air termination with clamp,nut , bolt and fixing arengement in sach shelter all as per requrment

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-I using 20 mm gradaed agrgate for PCC of size 0.15m x 0.15m x 0.15m cube with MS ferule for maounting GI pipe 40 mm Dia

S & F in repairs Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground/fixed on walls/ceilings by using suitable size GI saddles etc incl taking out old one all as specified.

S & F in repairs Coper strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground/fixed on walls/ceilings by using suitable size GI saddles etc incl taking out old one all as specified.
