Supply and Erection of ms pole of hieght 8 mtr and weight 72 kg. The minimum thickness of the pole should be 3mm welded along with 4 arm B class GI pipe overhang each of length 1.5 m along with 120 watt flood light to hold the lightning fixtures of wattage 120 watts IP 65 LED light of make- Bajaj/Surya/Philips/keselec/Syska. The bottom dia of the pole should be 300 mm. The pole should have base plate of dimension 300*300*16 mm on the cement concrete foundation of M-20 grade ( 1:1.5:3 ). The foundation bolt with 4 nos. and each with a dia of 25mm. The Bolt length should be of size 1200 mm in foundation. The pole should be painted with double coat enamel paint. The pole should be covered by Double wall corrugated pipe upto the lenth of 3 mtrs to safegaurd public from any kind of mishappening such as current etc. The pole complete in all respect including circuit wiring with PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor of size 2*2.5 sq.mm. and junction box 180 x 180 x 91 mm for controlling circuit with 2 nos. of MCB each 10 Amp along with unarmoured cable FR twin core 6 sq.mm. cable upto 30 meter for connection from electricity pole . All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge.
