Supply of 9 Mtr GI Swaged Electrical Street Light Poles with Aluminium Silver Painted Finish with following dimensions (Bottom Pole-dia 114.3 mm x 3.65 mm thick x 3 mtr Length, Middle Pole-dia 88.9 mm x 3.25 mm thick x 3 mtr Length,Top Pole-dia 76.3 mm x 2.6 mm thick x 3 mtr Length, Single Arm - φ42 mm x 2.6mm thk x 1 Mtr Length, Foundation Bolt Nut Assembly - M20 x 900 mm Length, base plate of 16 mm thick size 250mm x 250mm) confirming to relavent IS with upto date amendment and provision for earthing wire fixing with Nut & bolt etc. complete as required.

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium /copper conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Construction of shallow foundation with Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) considering safe soil bearing capacity for 9 mtr. Swaged street light pole of 1.20 Mtr length foundation including all materials, labour, excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection, testing and commissioning of the 9 mtr. swaged street light pole having 4way terminal block, earth terminal and din rail for fixing 1Nos, 6 Amp single pole MCB and with power terminal suitable rating of 25 sqmm cable inside the box, gland provision,provision making inter connections from cable junction box to light fixture with 3C X 1.5 Sqmm pvc insulated copper conductor cable ,including clamp and all accessories etc complete as required with the help of suitable tools and plants, all labour etc.complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 72 W LED street light fixture on single arm bracket of 9 Mtr GI Swaged Electrical Street Light Poles complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Above 35 sq mm and upto 95 sq mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm(Clamped with 25x3 mm MS flat clamp.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/DWC pipe as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 80mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Supplying and Making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 core 95 sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade Aluminium cable etc., as required.

Dismantling of existing 9 mtrs swaged street light pole strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required and shilfing to AAI store or as per direction of E.I.C.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
