Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete solid block masonry exc 10 cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50kg/sqcm using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster and the like from brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving not exc15 cm thick below or above ground level and removing the debris to a distance not exc 50m from site all as directed

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed

M & L for chequered colour cement concrete tiles 20x20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/steps including screed bed or bedding layer of morter 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, cills etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC precast cover slab type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length , bent to shape requred, including cranking , bending spirally hooking for slabs ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc (Note: only inner girth shall be measured).

Desilting of storm water drains including dewatering, and removing soil/ muck to outside the MD land.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed

S & F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; and similar work conforming to Fe.290.or Fe-310, incl portion framed and hung as gates, pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts etc.completed all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
