Cleaning the area inside the building by daily sweeping the floors, removal of cobwebs on the walls, ceilings, structures, moping the floors as per specification & as directed by the EIC.

Cleaning of the toilets daily twice and acid cleaning the same once a month as per specifications as directed by the EIC

Cleaning of the roads adjoining etc by sweeping as per schedule, directions and specifications of the EIC

Clearing of garbage from canteen and dumping in the pits with a lead of 500mtrs as per the direction of the EIC.

Clearing of the debris, inert matter, sand etc from open rain water/storm water trench/ drain all as per specifications and directions of EIC and disposal of the same with a lead of 250 mtrs.

Upkeep and maintenance of lawn ground cover Climbers, shrubs etc., by watering, daily satisfactorily, weeding, cutting of thatch areas/grass trimming by bush cutter /trimmer in the lawn, hoeing up near the root zone of plants rejuvenation ,maintenance of topiary by garden shear/trimmer .,etc as per requirement in the existing landscaped areas, application of chemicals/ fertilizers to lawn/plants preparation of the area for planting of seasonal, clearing of garden waste within PRPD area as per the directions and specification of the EIC.Fertilizer and chemicals will be supplied by the department.

Clearing up of the areas by complete removal of existing grass,ground cover, shrubs, trees, inert matter, dumping the cleared materials in the area within PRPD in the said location as per the directions and specifications of the EIC.

Cutting of wild growth/ground cover by bush/grass cutter and clearing the cut portion by sweeping and dumping the same in PRPD area in the said location as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of tree branches , twigs by mechanical means using tree cutter by minimum of two personnel at different heights in different locations within PRPD premises/surrounding of PRPD premises all as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. .

Collection of cut tree branches,twigs...etc from areas at different places within PRPD site, loading & transporting in tractor/trailer, disposal of the same in dump yard or dumping in any structure made for the purpose at locations specified within IGCAR /BARCF/DAE dumpyard premises as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Levelling, shaping of the existing soil to an even finish manually/mechanically all as per the directions and specifications of the EIC.

Collecting up of the debris /inert matter etc in different locations, loading, transporting, unloading, leveling the same within PRPD in the said location as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork excavation in all types of soil including concrete/hard surface/debris, filling/spreading the same in the area with a lead of 100 m as per the directions and specifications of the EIC.

Execution of work by Hiring JCB along with a driver/cleaner for specified works at PRP site as per the directions and specifications of the EIC.

Supplying and stacking/ spreading of good quality red earth free from stones, inert matter, breaking the clods, spreading/filling the same at areas shown with a lead of upto 100 metre., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and stacking/ spreading of decomposed dry good quality farm yard manure free from stones, inert matter, breaking the clods, spreading/filling the same at areas shown with a lead of upto 100 metre., complete all as per specifications and as directed bythe EIC.
