REPAIR, MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL OF RMS, TUKKER AND LIDO EXERCISE POOL AT NAGZEERA AND NEW KLP E-02 UNDER GE BELGAUM

M&L for Pressure washing & cleaning thoroughly the bottom floor and inside walls of swimming pool of size 20.5m length x 9.10m width x 1.2m to3.0m depth, by cleaning of joints of tiles of the pool by suitable mechanical means, using mild hydrochloric acid for removal of fungus/ algae free surfaces and removing out all dirt and foreign matters from the pool to a distance not exceeding 50m, with and including all consumable items such as mild hydrochloric acid, brooms, and T&P required at site, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: (a) Draining of water from the Swimming pool shall be made by the department. (b) Each job comprises deployment of minimum 04 Skilled labour for 3 days & 5 Unskilled labour for 2 days for the entire work and suitable record shall be maintained.

M&L for Cleaning thoroughly the bottom floor & inside walls of swimming pool of size 20.5m length x 9.10m width x 1.2m to3.0m depth, when swimming pool is filled with water, in a suitable way with Suction sweeper and all required tools for removal of fungus/ algae free surfaces, including removing out all floating/ settled particles like leaves, papers, mud particles and other foreign materials from the pool to a distance of not exceeding 50m, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) Suction sweeper with brush shall be provided by the department free for usage for cleaning only. (b) Each job comprises deployment of 1 Skilled labour & 2 Unskilled labour for the work and suitable record to be maintained.

M&L for Pressure washing & cleaning thoroughly the bottom floor and inside walls of balancing tank of size 3.5m length x 2.5m width x 4.0m depth, cleaning by suitable mechanical means, using bleaching powder, removing sludge / slurry / foreign matters from the tank to a distance not exceeding 50m, with and including applying one coat of white wash to all internal wall & floor surfaces of tank, all consumable items such as bleaching powder, brooms, and T&P required at site, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: (a) Draining of water from the Tank shall be made by the department. (b) Each job comprises deployment of minimum 03 Skilled labour & 03 Unskilled labour for the entire work and suitable record shall be maintained.

M&L for Carrying out periodical maintenance and repairs to 60 CuM capacity pressure filter bed of TUCKER swimming pool by dismantling & removing the manhole cover, filter media layer wise and setting aside separately, pressure washing & cleaning the inner surfaces of filter bed thoroughly by mechanical means, cleaning all the outlets, carrying out necessary welding of inner tray as required, painting the inner surfaces with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer, washing, cleaning, drying and refilling the filter media in layers as existing and filling with new material if required, reconnecting the inlet and outlet valves with new rubber insertions, nuts and bolts, closing down the cover firmly and tightening of the bolts and nuts including all necessary testing and commissioning of the filter bed, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New Filter media and strainers if required shall be measured and paid separately under the relevent items in this schedule and cost of labour work shall be included in the rate quoted under this item.
