Demolishing of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 mtrs lead as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge (Item Code HPPWDSR 2020- Chapter 15.56)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

In Foundations,Footings,bases for columns.

Suspended floors,roofs,landings,balconies and access platform. (Item Code HPSR 2020-Chapter 5.9.3)

Retaining Walls,Return Walls,Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide (Item Code HPPWDSR 2020-Chapter 5.9.16.1)

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.-All work upto Plinth Level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work upto Plinth Level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,columns,piers,abutments,pillars,posts,struts,buttresses,string or lacing courses,parapets,coping,bed blocks,plain window sills,fillets,sunken floors etc. upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In beams,suspended floors,roofs having slope upto 15 degrees landings,balconies,shelves,chajjas,lintels,bands,plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases above plinth level upto floor five level,excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcements with 1:1.5:3 (Item code HPPWDSR 2020-Chapter 5.3)

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve of following dia & class of Kartar make with MS Flange of Table 5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying, Testing & Jointing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984, PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines upto 110 mm diameter and butt fusion (heat fusion process) above 110 mm diameter i/c necessary fittings,bends,tees & reducers fabricated in accordance with IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provded as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required confirming to code IS 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & Bolts.Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c at site upto entire satisfaction of engineer-n charge.

90 mm dia HDPE pipe

Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GMS tubes confirming to IS : 1239: 2004 of 150 mm dia, medium class with all necessary fittings conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 75 mm hydrant with main or submain line including HDPE Riser 75 mm double threaded PN-6.0, 75 mm PP ball valve, bend, male female coupler threaded PN-6.0, service saddle PN-6.0 and elbow bend with steel clamp complete in all respect and jointing by butt fusion process (as per requirement of main & sub main line) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Writing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Restoration charges for road crossing as per HPPWD Norms.
