Providing, Lowering, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Submersible Pump set at tube well mentioned above having capacity of (15,000 GPH) x (40m Head) coupled with 3 phase 380 volts+10%, 50 HZ+3% AC supply, copper wound squirrel cage induction submersible motor 20HP along with New Flanged 10No-100mm flanged column pipes assembly and other allied materials/equipments required during lowering of submersible pump set.The job also includes P/L of 25 mtr-35 mm sq. 3.5 core aluminum cable armored cable for connection of control panel to electric transformer and 70 mtr-10 mm sq 3 core submersible cable for connection of panel to the submersible pump set. The job also includes P/F of 3mtr 100 mm dia. Flanged G.I delivery pipe along with sluice and non return valve. The job includes cost of material, labour, carriage, tools and tackles ( complete job in all respects) Electro-mechanical accessories used should of genuine/reputed make conforming to latest IS code.

Replacement of old wornout / damaged panel board. The job includes design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 Amp fully automatic unmanned type control panel cum auto starter for 20 H.P motor at Tube Well. This involves fabrication of star delta air break auto break auto starter with power contractors MNX-50 3 Nos of reputed make. The system should be provided with MCCB 1 No. of 100 amps rating of reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in all mounted M.S sheet enclosures/box of suitable dimension. The enclosure should be finished with power coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. The job also involves laying/ providing and fitting of PVC copper cable of suitable rating and length from voltage Stabilizer/ main switch/motor to the automation- cum protection panel. All the electrical connection should be made after proper thumbing and end socketing of each cable end with copper thimbles of appropriate rating. Automation the system shall trip off the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and restart the motor automatically on resumption of electric Power and also on rectification of the appeared electric fault thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system shall provide protection against low voltage below 350 V, high voltage above 450 V, single phasing, reverse phasing, unbalanced phasing, dry running and over loading in addition the system shall have separated LED fault indicator, LED phase indicator and isolation by pass system and an audio warning system/ siren which activates on starter failure on making electric connections and testing on full load.
