Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of step down transformer 11 KV/433 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 500 KVA outdoor type, with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto 7.5% in step (+ or -) 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes both on HT to receive 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE cable and on low voltage side to accomodate XLPE cable of suitable size complete in all respect with standard accessories and fitment conforming to BIS and BEE marked & EEL-2 with amend ent 1, 2, 3 & 4. Primary side Delta and secondary side Star. The salient feature of transformer shall be as follows:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled copper wound, winding core type MS radiator cooled tank complete with first filling of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS:335 of 1980 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated & other standard fittings /Accessories and 7 Position of circuit Tap changer ( Tapping Range + or - 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %Each) with Vector group Dyn-11 cooling system.The temperature of oil shall not rise more than 50 degree centigrade to amient temp and 55 degree centigrade of winding.Transformer shall be painted with two coat of epoxy paint as per IS-632. (b) Transformer shall be provided with the followings:- (i) Rating and diagram plate. (ii) Earthing terminals 2 Nos. (iii) Lifting lugs. (iv) Thermometer pocket. (v) Air release hole with plug. (vi) Tap changer with locking provision. (vii) Oil temperature indicator. (viii) Platform of size 3.0 x 3.0 x 2 mtr complete. (ix) XPM Fencing around the Plateform

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including dismantling/taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm indoor/outdoor type including dismantling/taking out old unserviceable jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of HT/LT UG cables, GI/CI pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point and entire satisfaction of Engnr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning to underground electric cable with dry sand provided with a layer of 80mm deep before laying and 150mm over cable laid in trenches, stretching and testing of cable complete all as speficied. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

M&L for laying of Bricks well burnt sub class 'B' (old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of brick ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP,type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete in foundation of pole/stays etc complete all as specified

Supply, laying and testing XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including dismantling and taking down existing old HT cable of any size and type complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured & paid under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'

Supply, laying, connecting and testing of 1100 volts grade LT XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor of size and type complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking out existing old LT cable of any size and type from pole/duct/trench/floor/wall/pipe etc with cable end boxes, glands, bricks etc with necessary disconnection work and keep in safe custody for the following size of cables:- Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured & paid under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'

M&L for switch air break gang operated (Swing out expulsion fuse insulators), triple pole mechanical operated from ground level mounted on insulator and steel frame (15 insulators type) out door type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 20mm dia GI medium grade pipe worked from ground level conforming to IS 1818 of 1972 and continuoous current rating upto 200 amp and volt 11 KV , including dismantling of old unserviceable switches vertical/horizontal mounted complete all as specified and directected .

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically with its top edge not less than 2.25m below ground level.The earth plate shall be covered with 300mm thick mixture charcoal dust and salt all around below and top. The earth plate shall be connected to GI Strip 32x6mm thick GI bolt nuts and washers strip shall be taken into and incl test point including 40mm dia light grade pipe galvanized 3m long and 30cm perforated at bottom and plugged with GI tubing at top complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I as directed. The rate includes for all earth works in any type of soil GI strips up to test point charcoal dust soft watering pipe funnel complete including dismantling old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion

GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall burried in gound fixed alongwith poles complete all as specified.

S&F commissioning and testing of CPRI approved outdoor cubical type LT Feeder pillar box suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system, floor mounted, outdoor type factory fabricated duly power coated inside and outside, outer cover made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, internal cover and partition made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm covered from all side with front and back openable, weather proof including suitable size rating aluminium bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system, wiring with suitable size copper cable and embedded in brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 60cm above ground level with suitable foundation for fixing panel of required size in ground with nuts, bolts and washer etc. including comprising of following incluidng taking out the old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 60 cm above ground level with suitable foundation, rendering 15 mm in CM 1:6 and applying two coats of cement base paint and the rates shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Submersible Pump set 40 HP of capacity to discharge water 2025 LPM and Discharge Head 40 Mtr capacity having Stainless steel chemical and corrosion resistant and can have relatively high pressure ratings, balanced RPM 2880, Suction Dia 100 mm, Discharge Dia 100 mm with standard fitting and accessories like pressure guage-01 Nos, Air Release Valve 01 No etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing Submersible Pump set 30 HP of capacity to discharge water 936 LPM and Discharge Head 65 Mtr capacity having Stainless steel chemical and corrosion resistant and can have relatively high pressure ratings, balanced RPM 2880, Suction Dia 100 mm, Discharge Dia 100 mm with standard fitting and accessories like pressure guage-01 Nos, Air Release Valve 01 Nos etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge

Supply and fixing Centrifugal pumping set 20 HP of capacity to discharge water 525 LPM at a suction head of 05 Mtr and Discharge Head 80 Mtr capacity having cast iron casing volute type high tensile steel shaft,bronze impeller dynamically balanced RPM 1440 Shaft Sleeves SS 410 H , Suction Dia 100mm Discharge Dia 100mm with standard fitting and accessories like pressure guage-01 Nos, Air Release Valve 01 Nos etc directly coupled through flexible type coupling with air cooled squirrel cage induction motor suitable capacity with F class insulation mounted on common base plate, MS Chassi fabricated to required length strength and shape supported on PCC foundation as per manufacture's instruction complete .

Note : For Srl item No- 17 To 19, Rate of Taking Down of Motors/Pumps with the help of crane/man power and shifted to AGE E&M Store are included in above items .

M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 25 mm x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 GI tubing 40 mm dia for protection of strip etc all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I 2009 and connecting to electrical equipments including dismantling old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion

Material and labour for heavy duty sluice valve 100 mm dia bore PN 1:6 complete with iron wheel conforming to IS 1969 double flanged and drilled end provided with high tensile steel spindle including CI flanged Bolts/Nuts/washers gasket etc including removal of old valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Non Return Valve for 100 mm dia PN 1:6 with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples and union etc and fixed including removal of old valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Foot Valve for 80 mm dia PN 1:6 with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples and union etc and fixed including removal of old valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying GI pipes of 100 mm dia Medium class with socket and fitting in any length, laid in trenches including taking down of existing old GI pipe complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying CI pipes of 80 mm dia with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class LA1 in any length, laid in treanches including taking down of existing old pipe complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, installation and commissioning and testing of LT panel cubical type suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, floor mounted, outdoor type factory fabricated duly powder coated inside and out side, outer cover made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, internal cover and partition made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm covered from all side with front and back openable, weather proof including suitable rating aluminium bus bar for 3 phase 4 wire system, wiring with suitable size copper cable and embeded in brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 60cm above ground level with suitable foundation for fixing panel of required size in ground with nuts, bolts and washer etc. complete comprising of following including taking out the old unserviceable panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :-

Supply and laying of submersible cable un-armoured PVC insulated & sheathed copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3 core including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of Silent diesel engine driven generating set complete with acoustic enclosure, antivibration pads with 75db noise level at 1 mtr distance from DG set and control system for 125 KVA output at NTP, AC 415 volts, 50 C/S, 3 phase 4 wire directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories equipment control panel etc as detailed below :- (a) Alternator:- Alternator 125 KVA output at 0.80 PF lag 50 Hz, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts. The alternator shall be self excited ,self regulated,screen procted ,mounted on rigid frame MS sheet channel base frame of IS B364:IS 4722,BS5000, IEC:34 and brush-less type shall be suitable for tropical climate and IP23 protection with Class 'H' insulation and temperature rise limited to class 'H' insulation limit and permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation all as specified and directed. (b) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine of BHP suitable for given KVA, liquid cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to full load complete with fuel tank of cap as per manufactrer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe extended upto and outside building duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer muffles etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump, pre heaters, Fuel tank of capacity for 12 hours running of DG set with stop cock, drain plug and necessary fuel pipe, manufactured out of 2mm thick MS sheet, etc all as specified and directed.

(vii) Indicator lamp LED type 230 volts for Gen/mains supply ON/OFF indication and different relay position etc all as required and recommended by manufacturer. (viii) Bakelite fuse base carrier with HRC fuses 125 KVA DG Set, 415 volts suitable for and including knife type HBC fuse link-06 Nos. (ix) DC operated relays as required for remote operation, fault indication and out switching OFF in case of fault in DG set. Note :- (a) The AMF panel shall be integrated with respective LT distribution panel and all electrical connections done using copper bus bars PVC sleeved of appropriate rating but not less than as of LT panel. (b) The testing of DG set for continuous 12 Hrs running shall be carried by officer detailed by accepting officer before issuing completion certificate to contractor. On load testing eqpt including diesel for continuous testing for 12 hours or above till full testing (satisfaction or directed by Engr-in-Charge) will be arranged by the contractor.
