Construction of Temporary Decorative Entrance & Exit Gates:-

Entrance and Exit gates of Box shaped 20 ft. height and 24 ft. width with 2.5ft. x 2.5ft. Pillars. Gates to be made with bamboo and salballah pillar structure and it will be covered of wooden ply board. Designed printed flex to be pasted on the ply of the gates. Design of gates will be as per theme. Creative’s for decoration of Gates will be provided. Artificial flowers and other materials to be used for decoration of the Gates.

Construction & Decoration of Temporary Dias/Stage :-

Three sides open 40 ft. x 25 ft. x 18 ft. Size dias/stage to be made. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo and covered with fire proof tarpaulin. Structure to be made of bamboo, salballha post and wooden platform. Platform would be raised minimum 4ft. from ground and to be covered with blue carpet. Back drop will be of 40 ft. x 18 ft size and covered with fire proof tarpaulin from back side and printed flex from inside. Other inside parts of the dias including the roof to be covered with white & Blue cloths. Creative’s for decoration of stage/dias and matter of printing for back drop and other parts of the stage will be provided. Artificial flowers to be used for decoration. Side screens to be made in both sides and stairs to be covered with blue carpet. Podium to be made as per required design.

Green Room of 15 Ft x 10 Ft x 10 Ft. size and four sides covered with wooden ply attached with Dias. Structure to be made of bamboo and salballha pillar with wooden platform. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo and covered with fire proof tarpaulin. Inside roof to be made with finished wooden ply. Floor to be covered with blue carpet. All exposed ply to be coloured as per approved shade. Glass fitted window including curtains and Wooden Ply made door including Collapsible iron gates with lock & Key facility to be provided.

Shed for audience of 50 Ft. x 70 Ft. x 20 Ft. Size. The sitting area and adjoining paths to be covered with carpet. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo covered with fire proof tarpaulin. Structure to be made of bamboo with salballha posts. Inside parts of the shed including the roof to be covered with white & Blue cloths.

Rostrum for Camera 8ft. x 4ft. x 4ft.

Construction of Temporary Book Stall:-

Book Stall of 10 Ft x 10 Ft. X 10 Ft. size and four sides covered with wooden ply. Structure to be made of bamboo and salballha pillar with wooden platform. Super structure with salballha pillar and bamboo should be made properly to withstand the stalls steady from heavy rain/wind. Wooden platform on floor/ground should be made of hard wood board of 1 inch thick at a height of 6 inch. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo covered with water proof and fire proof tarpaulin. Inside roof to be made with finished wooden ply. All exposed walls inside and outside of the stalls to be covered with plywood (min. 4 mm thick) painted with approved shade. Floor to be covered with blue colour synthetic carpet. Door to be provided with Collapsible iron gates (min. 6 ft. width) with lock & Key facility. Ceiling of the stalls to be covered with white or coloured cloth, properly fitted with wooden ply. Entire ceiling of the Stalls to be covered with cloth masking with frame. Printed stall fascia to be attached in each stall of min. 10ft. x 2ft. size. with proper framing as per approved designs.

Wooden made book racks of 15ft x 6ft size. Each rack will be of three (3) shelves [@one (01) rack for each 95 stall]

Construction of Temporary Office Room of Book Fair Committee:-

Office Room of 30 Ft. x 15 Ft x 10 Ft. size and four sides covered with wooden ply. Structure to be made of bamboo and salballha pillar with wooden platform. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo and covered with fire proof tarpaulin. Inside roof to be made with finished wooden ply. Entire ceiling to be covered with cloth masking and framing .Floor to be covered with blue carpet. All exposed ply to be coloured as per approved shade. Glass fitted window including curtains and Wooden Ply made door including Collapsible iron gates with lock & Key facility to be provided. Platform would be raised minimum 4ft. from ground and to be covered with blue carpet. Printed stall fascia to be attached of min. 10ft. x 4ft. size, with proper framing as per approved designs.

Construction of Theme Pavilion

Theme Pavilion of 30 Ft. x 15 Ft x 15 Ft. size. structure to be made of bamboo and salballha pillar with wooden platform. Platform to be raised minimum 2 Ft. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo and covered with fire proof tarpaulin. Entire ceiling to be covered with cloth masking with framing. Inside roof to be made with finished wooden ply. All exposed ply to be coloured as per approved shade. Floor to be covered with blue carpet. Platform to be raised 2 ft. from the ground. Stall fascia to be covered by four sides of the Pavilion. Standee of flex (06 nos.: 6ft x 4ft size) and framed photographs (20 nos.: 36 inch x 24 inch size) to be installed in the pavilion. Creative’s for decoration and matter of printing for arrangement of pavilion will be provided. Artificial flowers and other items to be used for decoration along with signage, standees, stall fascia, etc.

Construction of Room for Electrical Goods

Room of 20 Ft. x 10 Ft x 10 Ft. size and four sides covered with GI sheet. Structure to be made of bamboo, GI sheet and salballha pillar. Roof ceiling will be made of bamboo and GI sheet covered with fire proof tarpaulin. Doors including Collapsible iron gates with lock & Key facility to be provided.

Construction of Temporary Toilets:-

Construction of temporary toilets & Urinals - for gents and ladies inside the fair premises. Urinal platform making with bricks and cement mortar, i.e. temporary structure and PVC Door with running water supply facility, four sides covered with brick wall, roof to be prepared by corrugated tin with proper sewerage and cleaning facility.

Arrangement of Fire Fighting Support at Book Fair Ground:-

Installation of fire extinguishers, iron bucket with full of sand and other necessary arrangement for fire fighting. Approval of Fire Department is mandatory.

Arrangement for Diesel Generator Set:- Providing sound proof power generator set according to the need/consumption of electricity at book fair ground.

S & F Generator [125 KV sound proof] for electric supply including fuel and operator as per requirement.

Temporary Electrification and Lighting Arrangement:-

S&F Metal Halide lamp with fitting (400watt.). Proper wiring for entire connection and should be in FRLS (ISI marks) in rigid PVC conduit and proper earthing.

Gardening with original flower tub of seasonal flower plants (100 approx.) for beatification of the fair ground for 7 days with proper maintenance.

Publicity Material

Flex with wooden frame of 8ft x 6ft size as per approved design including setup, transportation and dismantling. Creative’s for printing will be provided.

Video Photography

Videography of entire programme of 7 days with state of the art equipments including online editing setup. Entire videograph to be provided in DVD format with proper editing as per requirement.

Still Photography

Still Photography of entire programme of 7 days with state of the art equipments. Minimum 300 Still Photographs to be provided in Soft & Hard Copy with Photo Album as per requirement.

Printing works

Invitation Card: Two (02) folded Four (04) coloured invitation card of 17 cm x 17 cm size to be printed in 300 GSM Glossy Art Board. Four (04) coloured Envelope to be printed of 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm size in 170 GSM Glossy Art Board for each card. Creative’s and Design for printing will be provided.

Leaflet: 16.5 inch x 11.25 inch size leaflet to be printed in four (04) colours in both side in 100 GSM Maplitho Glossy Paper. Creatives for printings will be provided.

Leaflet: 12 inch x 6 inch size leaflet to be printed in four (04) colours in single side in 100 GSM Maplitho Glossy Paper. Creatives for printings will be provided.
