Material & Labour for Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles , thickness 7mm to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) with and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in verticle surface , set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00Kg per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles , laid over with and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 with and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) with and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet .50 mm lthick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ Clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, with and including dismantling old plain corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based Plain steel sheet .50 mm lthick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/Clading to wall, Ridge and eaves board, fixed with self tapping screws , with and including dismantling old plain corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness as in specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts necessary drilling, bolting etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters of PVC door , wooden door shutter, wooden window shutter , Mild steel window and Mild steel ventilators (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters of PVC door ,wooden door shutter, wooden window shutter , Mild steel window and Mild steel ventilators (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and Fixing Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 30mm thick second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton for window shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered, or rounded, fittered with cut mitred beads for securing glass etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Wire gauze / glass shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A' BoQ. (ii) Butt Hinges, Tower bolts, Handles , sliding door bolts , ordinary rat tail pattern springs and painting shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ. (iii) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv)Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
