Bore Well at Ziyarat Shareef Ameer-e-Kabeer, Malpora in District Anantnag.

Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Providing/ Fitting of MS 125mm dia pipe & subsquent lowering of casing assembly & its weldiong after every 10 feet/20 feet, upto the drilled/desired depth. The casing is to be sloted as per the site requirement & as directed by site Engineer. The specification of the tube well shall be as under as per IS: 4270.

Providing, fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under: • P/F/T and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment with following specifications: Discharge = 800 - 600 GPH Head = 60 m - 50 m Motor Rating = Not less than 1 HP The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. It includes P/F of MU-G/Panel starter suitable for motor rating and as decided by site Engineer.

Providin/Fitting of risers 32 mm dia GI coloumn pipe (Class-B) pipe (03 meter in length) is propoerly threaded at both the ends. The pipe shall be provided and fitted with GI socket for joining purpose including the connection from delivery to storage sump.

Providing/Fitting of 03 KVA single phase automatic voltage stablizer, Dry type along-with the allied accessories viz 3 pin top, MCB etc., input voltage 90-150 V, Output voltage = 220 V.

P/F of submersible cable 2.5 sq. mm, connecting pumping unit with motor starter.

P/F of 5mm steel wire rope for holding sub-type pumping unit.

P/F of 40mm dia MS holding clamps (02 Nos. ) fabricated out of 10mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts.

P/F of reducer 32mm dia - 25mm = 01 Nos., reducer = 40 mm dia - 32 mm = 01 No. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32mm dia GI bend= 02 Nos., well cap.

Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ft x 4f x 1ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well and to grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping. The job includes Providing/laying of PCC edges of 4" x 4" in 1:3:6 mix and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.
