Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm below the subgrade level, watered graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.For Grading I Material including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion SS-1 on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.70kg-1.00 kg (zero decimal seven zero kilogram to one decimal zero kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applyingtack coat with BITUMEN emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30kg (zero decimal two five to zero decimal three zero kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 503 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre aggregate at rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres), mixed with Bitumen VG-10 at the rate 1.46 Kg (one point four six kilograme ) per square metres of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty/ Forty) Tonne per hour capcity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying mannualy to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( Eighty-hundred) kN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by a seal coat as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 508 by mannual means, including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using BITUMEN V G - 30 at the rate of 0.68 kg ( zero point six eight kilograme) premixed with 0.006 ( zero point zero-zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per Sqm. ( square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
