Taking down and dismatling the Hydro extractor machine with existing foundation to remove the casting rest block/guide block, for servicing and repair work including transporting it to civil workshop and adding the thickness/material by welding or sluicving upto the top-up wear portion , fabrication work for machine rest block / guide block to make it accurately fix to the shaft and refixing the complete assembly by applying taflon packing of required size as per the OEM manual and refixing the extractor to its originial position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of digital/Analog multi span timer for washing machine / dryer for reverse / forward cycle with existing time delay / pause cycle. (ii) Testing is to be done at high temperature after fixing the MS pipe in order to check any leakage from joint and bends before fixing.

Dismantling of old Chimney having height 30mtr (approx) carefully with the help of gas cutters, proper scaffolding arrangemnet, T&P arrangements etc and shifting and depositing the old damaged and rusted chimney to MES store of GE (MH&RH) Khadki properly with the help of Crane/Hydraulic by disconnecting the electric connection of chimney from the panel , unscrewing/cutting down the foundation bolts of the chimney and dismantling the structure with the help of hydraulic crane and T&P's as recommended by the OEM's complete and making good the damaged surface of the hard standing and closing the duct by welding the suitable size iron plate, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rates is to be inclusive of T&P charges of Crane/Hydraulic, ropes, JCB, Gas cutter and labours. (ii) All safety measures should be taken into account while completing the job done. (iii) Any loss or damage to the govt property made during execution of the job will be make good by the contractor itself at his own cost. (iv) The rates are inclusive of transportation of dismantled chiminey and its connected materials from the existing site to the store yard of AGE E/M sub div khadki.
